我今年4月22 日fn的（状态见签名），在等了4个多月没有消息，写信询问也没有消息的情况下，查了caips，虽然很多人都说，没有ip不要查这个，但我还是不放心。（事实证明我的担心不是多余的）
10月2日拿到了查询结果。vo给的分数是64分！
1，工作经验没有算成四年，而是三年。我估计应该是把我换工作那个月的经验去掉了，所以刚好差2个月不到四年。
2，tcf的法语成绩没有算分。理由是：
SUBMITTED A TCF PEPORT DEATED 01MAR2010, NOT A CANADIAN TPLT.
AWARDED 0 POINTS
3,职业定位不符合4131，理由如下：
EXPERIENCE AT THE NON-POST SECONDARY L EVEL LEARNING ORGANIZATION IS NOT EQUIVALENT TO THAT REQUIRED OF NOC 4131
THERE IS NOT PROOF THAT PA IS A QUALIFIED TEACHER EITHER
于是我马上谢了解释信，补了最近半年的工作经验。
内容如下：
I checked my case processing notes and find that there may exist some misunderstandings within my application list as below:
1. My working experience earns 19 points. Actually, up to Jan. 2010, I had worked for 4 years and one month that could obtain 21 points. Started in May 2010, I have been employed as an English teacher by a private training center. Please refer to enclosed reference.
2. My French (TCF report, B1 Level) got zero point. In China, I could not determine which to take, TEF or TCF, before the date of examination since it’s in random. In my understanding, both TCF and TEF are your official tests which make no difference. Besides, what I deem is that what you want of the applicant is her/his French proficiency instead of forms of which examination she/he took.
3. My working experience in NOC 4131 was not eligible as requested. I checked through the definition of 4131 on your NOC website and particularly aware that working for a private section is also included.
This unit group includes instructors who teach applied arts, academic, technical and vocational subjects to students at community colleges, CEGEPs, agricultural colleges, technical and vocational institutes, language schools and other college level schools. This unit group also includes trainers who are employed by private training establishments, companies, community agencies and governments to deliver internal training or development courses. College teachers who are heads of departments are included in this group
To sum up, the documents I provide you could testify that I am a qualified applicant under skilled worker category. While supposing my TCF is not considered as proof of French proficiency, I request you permit me time to sit for another IELTS which will be forwarded to you immediately after taking before you make decision.
