发牌的赚不到多少钱。赚钱的是那些送茶送水的服务员。送一杯水给一百元小费的不稀奇。运气好的，可以给几百。

不过，你要年轻漂亮，否则人家不雇你。

Job Description​

Boulevard Casino and River Rock Casino Resort are currently looking for customer service driven individuals who want to become Card Dealers. No previous Card Dealing experience is necessary!Under the direct supervision of the Manager, Table Games, this position is responsible for providing dealing services to customers. Card Dealers must ensure adherence to all policies and procedures while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all employees. Other responsibilities include:[/FONT]​

Providing exceptional guest service and conducting all games in a precise, efficient and secure manner according to the policies and procedures, licensing laws and statutory regulations
Exchanging customer cash and promotional vouchers for equivalent value chips
Controlling the order of play; closing bets at the appropriate time; maintaining game integrity
Maintaining table security​

Successful candidates will demonstrate the following qualifications:​

You must be able to work 40 hours per week (hours may vary depending on operational needs) in a variety of shifts including evenings, graveyards and weekends as we operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
High school diploma required, post secondary education an asset
Strong communication and mathematical skills
Adhere to the high standards, methods and procedures of gaming at Great Canadian Casinos.
Proven customer service skills
Strong ability to follow policies, procedures and practices
Manual dexterity and able to stand for long periods of time
Have access to reliable transportation
Ability to be adaptable and flexible with work schedule
Ability to successfully obtain a Serving It Right License
Ability to successfully obtain a criminal record and credit check through the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch (GPEB ​

Potential candidates must successfully complete a two week full time paid training course. This training will be for Black Jack which is entry level for Dealers. Courses are conducted by Great Canadian and are designed to exceed the highest standards of the gaming industry. This rigorous training will position candidates to understand the complexity of games and become exceptional Dealers. All training is conducted at the Great Canadian Business Centre attached to the Boulevard Casino in Coquitlam. The next course is slated for Wednesday, January 12, 2011 and will run on Mondays to Fridays from 2:30 pm 11:00pm. ​

100% attendance for the entire course, as well as additional study at home is crucial in order to successfully complete the course. Passing the course is a condition of on-going permanent employment as a dealer with Great Canadian.​

Candidates must be ready and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays and graveyards. The hours of work will be based on customer and business needs. ​

有薪培训两个星期

以前听说发牌员时薪约$10，小费每小时$10，加起来每小时赚$20了！
不过，小费的多寡，还视乎各个不同赌场，Gateway Burnaby Casino 就很可观！

我做过几年，基本上不像大家说的那样，输钱的人是不能发脾气或骂人的，否则会被请出赌场。
培训是带薪的，起薪为8刀多点，不同的公司起薪有所不同，但不会超过一刀的差异。
培训一般为一个月，不像大家说的那样老考试并淘汰，语言方面有一定的要求，但并不是很难，一旦被录取，开始培训后很少有被淘汰的，考不过会让你补考。
新人入行是从最低level做起的，也就是说从最不好的班开始上，没人要的班就是你的，有些是从后半夜开始的，别人睡觉你开始上班，小费是大家平均分的，温哥华基本上是一周分一次，新人头2000个Shift(具体时间没记住）小费只有别人的一半，大约半年吧，以后就是一样的了，这里的小费大约为6-8刀一个小时。
工作不算太累，一般是一个小时休息十五分钟，这十五分钟是让你喝水上厕所等，也包括了吃饭时间在内了，没有另外的吃饭时间，公司提供咖啡牛奶等。
前几天见到Gatway在招Dealer,你可以试试。

还有一点：不管你干多久都可以随时Quit,那怕是在培训期间，即使在培训期间Quit，工资还会照发，但你半年内不能进你曾过在的那家公司的所有赌场，主要是怕你跟里面的人内外勾结，当然那是不可能的，但他们还是不允许。
我有一朋友还在培训期间就Quit了，工资照发，T4也照样寄给他的。

我有不少朋友做这行的,可能最困难的就是夜间上班,有一个朋友先生是房产中介,太太在赌场,所以没有后顾之忧,有生意就赚大钱,没生意吃太太的,哈哈. 还有一个朋友同时做两份工,白天做会计,晚上去赌场,舍不得辞了赌场工作.

找老狼吧，让他帮你留意一下有没有新开的培训班，卡尔加里的时间比别的地区好，是两班倒，
白班是12：00-7：00；晚班是7：00-2：00；有朋友在卡尔加里赌场，他们是45分钟休息15分钟，每个Shift为7个小时，小费大约50/天以上，也没有新人减半的，一般小费10%报税。
