材料准备之护照

先谢谢楼上两位！

再摆一摆材料准备的过程，以时间顺序来说吧。

先说护照。

其实办理护照是挺简单的事。主副申的护照都好办，带上身份证和户口本，去公安局的出入境管理处就可以办理。一般出入境管理处都有照像的地方，不用先准备相片。

我的小孩的护照麻烦一点。因为他没有办身份证，所以先拿着他的照片，去派出所盖章，证明照片是本人的，然后带着这个证明和户口去出入境管理处办理护照。

一般一个星期，护照就可以下来了。

材料准备之成绩单

再来说说成绩单。

因为副申的专科是自考的，坛子上好多同学的帖子都说学时是关键，所以决定自己跑一趟学校，把学时证明弄好。

九月初，本人所在学校还没有开学，正好是办成绩单的最好时机。这个过程有点曲折，但最终学时证明还是办下来了。

过程是这样的：我原本的主考学校已经并入另一个学校，我这里暂且以A代表原来的主考学校，以B来代表合并后的学校。我在去学校之前，就已经先联系好了B校，让他们办理成绩单，他们很爽快地答应了。我去那天，成绩单已经翻译并打印好了，但是没有学时证明。我问他们能不能开学时证明，他们说自考的，他们不能开学时证明。但是如果自考办开来学时证明，他们就可以在成绩单上打印出学时。但是自考办在A校，这样我又到了A校，但是这里自考办说还是不能开学时证明，原因是我没有参加过学校的学习（我是纯自学的那种）。但是他们给出的建议，去省自考办，看能不能开。这样我又跑到省自考办，还好，省自考办的一位年轻官员不错，给我开 了学时。

主申的经历比较简单，本科和硕士都在一个学校，副申的硕士也在这个学校，所以就一起开了成绩单和学历学位的翻译。但问题出来了。

主申的本科学位，把她的生日弄错了。没办法，我只好又跑去学校，把她的学位证又换一个，又耽误了两天时间。还好，本人有时间，要不然。最后，主申的同学去取的成绩单，寄给我们。但是还是有些小错，只好写解释信了。

我去公证处填表，涉外公证，公证员就直接给我办了中英文公证，当时他也没问我；我是第一次办公证，也不知道有什么道道，结果是什么公证都是乘以2 ，多花了近两千大元。后来的同学请注意了，如果要公证，一定跟公证员说只要英文公证。

我的公证清单：

材料准备之个税单、社保单

中午休息了一会儿，现在接着摆一摆个税单和社保单。

个税单：去单位的财务处打印了一份工作以来每年交的所得税金额，盖个章，就去税务所办好了。

社保单：去单位的医保办开了个缴纳社保的证明，然后在网上打印了个人信息，去单位所在的区医保办盖了章。翻译以后就交上去了。（实在不知道重庆的社保单还能怎样打，就这样交上去，不知道能不能行。）

汇票是在交行办的，正常，没什么意外。

银行存款办了两张，一张招行，一张交行。直接去柜台就办好了。办一张存款证明二十元。
