About Option C print out.

I got letter with my whole application pkg from CIC today. CIC received my application on Aug 15, 2007. Finally they started to review my case.
I am required to provide 2006 and 2007 TAX assessement option C print out. and I have to resumit the entire application again. Gez...

Have anyone exeprienced this before? Please tell your story. thanks!
