我在今天凌晨1点多给VO发了如下的查询信，今天中午VO就回复了。我打听了一下，这样的几个小时的回复速度估计也是绝无仅有的。
几点建议
1.：主题一定要吸引人 并且一定要写上FN号码，VO每天收N封信，为什么先回复你？不吸引人，没有FN号如何方便他帮你查？
我的主题：A Case Lasts 21,686,400 seconds - Application Enquiry - BXXXXXXXXXXX
2.内容一定要一眼看过去有惊艳的地方，参考精华句。
3.最后一定要画龙点睛，最好让自己和VO泪奔。VO也是人！
