离婚后他老公不具备担保人资格，所以团聚申请作废。

不太清楚，建议你还是打电话去询问cic吧，你可以电话里询问如果分句离婚的话，对你的case有何影响。打电话的时候建议先不说明真实情况，就说你在考虑这件事情是否2人要分开过。他们的回答是最权威的。

否则你只有和你丈夫商量到你父母移民办完以后再分居离婚了。n年后，可能你们2个想法都变了，不想离婚了都有可能。
除非你收入足够高，你也不用去求你丈夫，你自己一个人就能办成。

我可能还要等2年才能审批到我的案子.不知道cic查收入是查就近那一年的收入，还是等待期间的每一年的收入都查 ，因为去年的收入要我老公一起的才够。我只能保证以后每年自己的收入要达标了。

sponsor期间需要查所有sponsor期间任何12个月的收入，sponsor通过以后一般是查前12个月，魁省好像是每年都要做什么csq还是什么的。

还有一点我要提醒你，今后的趋势估计是所有的case都需要在米西沙家等待了，等有了配额，才会批准通过，让你们送交local office。将来local office的等待时间会缩短，这样不管递交哪个地方，等待时间都会差不多。所以你更需要保证收入才能保证你父母可以顺利移民成功。

看那个帖子，好像很复杂， 这么说收入是按月计算，不能按年收入计算，这岂不是要保证每个月都要工作，其间想回国都不行，我上递的时候收入是够的，而且还多出一大部分，不过是和老公一起的家庭收入，那时候也没想着之后想分居的事。我要把查收入这部分搞清楚，避免运气不好的被查的时候，就措手不及
