不知道魁北克人口负增长和每年搬出20万这些个数据哪里来的？
根据魁北克统计局的官方数据，2010年魁省的人口达到1990年以来的增长峰值，与2009年相比净增加8万1千人
官方数据在次：
International migration adds 42,000 to population
Québec welcomed 49,500 immigrants in 2009, while an estimated 7,000 left for another country. International migratory exchanges resulted in a gain of 42,400, largely contributing to the growth of the Québec population. The gain was 38,300 in 2008. The landed immigrants in 2009 were from over 130 countries, the main ones being Algeria, Morocco and France. Counted separately from international immigration, the number of non-permanent residents continued to climb, up by 11,000 in 2009.
Decrease in interprovincial migratory losses
Québec’s migratory losses with the rest of Canada were relatively low in 2009. The interprovincial balance stood at
3,700, compared to 9,700 in 2008 and to 12,700 in 2007. The losses with Alberta decreased substantially and were only 600 in 2009, compared to roughly 5,000 annually between 2006 and 2008. The exchanges with Ontario resulted in losses of 2,600 in 2009 versus 4,000 in 2008.
Fertility stable, just over 1.73 children per woman
In 2009, 88,600 children were born, i.e. 1,000 more than in 2008. The total fertility rate, however, remained stable with just over 1.73 children per woman, constituting a pause in the upward trend observed since 2005. The growth in the number of births in 2009 can be explained by the increase in the number of women of child-bearing age and not by a new increase in fertility.
Women living longer but men catching up
Life expectancy at birth has continued to rise. In 20072009, average life expectancy of men was 78.9 years and that of women, 83.4 years. Between 20002002 and 20072009, men gained 2.6 years and women 1.5 years, causing the gap between the sexes to narrow. It is currently 4.5 years and was 7.7 at the end of the 1970s. The number of deaths in Québec was 57,200 in 2009, versus 56,800 in 2008, and is expected to rise in the next decades due to an aging population.

主要是工作不好找而已。
不过英语人口日渐衰落倒是真的，来得最多是前法殖民地----南美洲海地人、中东黎巴嫩人、北非的阿尔及利亚人、摩洛哥人、亚洲越南人。以及近年到处都是的伊朗人、乌克兰人、菲律宾人、中国大陆人。
总体上，也没有减少总人口，素质下降~~而已。
主要是工作不好找而已。

这里的人都很没有礼貌，不要再期待别人与你对视会说Bonjour，也不要期待你帮忙别人别人会说Merci，更不要期待别人不小心碰了你会说Pardon，当然有一些法国来的人还会保留一段时间这个礼貌，时间久了就没有了。让自己早一点粗俗，才会适应文化上的差异。

已经看过楼主发的不少帖子，充满怨气。楼主是联邦移民，既然不喜欢魁省，为什么要来？住了一年多了？还在网上唧唧歪歪？如果为了拿福利，那就要低调些，学会感恩，心态平和。

一想就是错的，20万人那可是相当百分之二以上的人离开魁省。
明明是213,500人在省内迁居，改变了他们居住的行政区域而已。
而离开蒙特利尔市政区的绝大多数人搬到了蒙特利尔的郊区，也就是传说中的大蒙特利尔。

Québec, le 26 janvier 2011- L'Institut de la statistique du Québec a diffusé les données relatives à la migration interne au Québec pour l'année 2009-2010, au cours de laquelle 213 500 personnes ont changé de région administrative de résidence.
La région de la Gaspésie-Îles-de-la-Madeleine a attiré plus de personnes qu'elle en a perdues en 2009-2010, une première pour cette région en plus de dix ans. La situation des autres régions éloignées est également encourageante, puisque les soldes migratoires interrégionaux de la Côte-Nord, du Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean et du Nord-du-Québec sont les moins négatifs enregistrés au cours des dix dernières années, et celui du Bas-Saint-Laurent est le meilleur en six ans. Enfin, le solde migratoire de l'Abitibi-Témiscamingue s'est grosso modo maintenu au même niveau depuis trois ans.
Cette année encore, la région de Montréal est celle qui connaît les pertes les plus importantes dans ses échanges migratoires avec les autres régions du Québec. En 2009-2010, ses pertes nettes se chiffraient à 23 600 personnes, soit l'équivalent de 1,28 % de sa population. Comme une vaste majorité des personnes quittant Montréal se dirigent vers les régions voisines, c'est dans ces dernières que l'on trouve les taux nets les plus élevés, à savoir les Laurentides (0,95 %), Lanaudière (0,94 %), Laval (0,79 %) et la Montérégie (0,46 %).

难道每个人都得像你一样去想问题做事情才叫正常吗？我难道就不能唧唧歪歪一下吗？你觉得我想拿福利吗？我倒宁愿在这里找个工作去交税，为社会作贡献。可是好像这里不给我这个机会，而只给我拿福利的机会！你说我会感觉很爽吗？
我只是在转帖，虽然主贴的内容我并不是都赞同。我觉得这里的人还是很nice的。我只是有点纳闷，难道我就不能有发泄自己不快感觉的权利吗？
