使馆的INSTRUCTION上写着:
Proof of personal income taxes and social insurance paid by the principal applicant for each employment position held in the 10 years prior to the date of application until present and which is listed on the application form, issued by the bureau responsible for collecting these fees.

但是如果单位不给出个人所得税和社会保险的明细怎么办??急!!

以前不用，我刚去大使馆网站看过最新清单了，是要有，没有就要提供合理解释！！郁闷，我也没社保

但是如果单位不给出个人所得税和社会保险的明细怎么办??急!!

如果单位没有给你交过那是没有了，如果是交过的，你可以拿身份证去地税和社保局去拉清单的。

社保单可以在网站上拉一个，或者那好身份证、社保卡到社保局开一个证明；
个税单可以拿身份证到税务局开一个证明，这些都不必通过公司，上海是这样滴。

我们这边也是这样滴，是社保局和税局说了算滴。

谢谢。我刚去地税打印税务清单，可是地税的电脑里只有一个月的记录，其它月份都没有。我们单位财务说，那一定是不够缴费基数，不用上税。具体到底怎么回事，那是单位财务的事，不让我多问。

另外，我的工资是底薪+提成的。底薪是打到卡里，提成是直接发现金的，为了少交税。这样跟使馆说能行吗？

如果从地税打不出单子，我让单位出个证明，就说所有税已代扣代缴，行不行？
