我老公公司原来有2个印度人，有一个和他一起做项目，他不懂，老公就一直带着他做，多数都是老公做的，但是当向老板汇报工作时，哪个印度人先抢先说，几乎把所有的都揽到自己的功劳簿上。着实让我老公大吃一惊。
多多次邀请老公到他家吃饭，老公说不能去，那个老印就是想让老公把公司源码告诉给他。
但印度人这种特质非常适合做2种人，sales 和政治人物，脸皮厚，敢忽悠人，满嘴跑火车。

接触过不少印度人，没一个印象好的，很难得碰到个有礼貌的，也怀疑是巴基斯坦什么的。

可能。这家人都来加拿大10年了，或许对中国人印象不好，但也不能乱怀疑人呀？我才来不到1年，真不太了解印度人。

很少听说过有来自巴基斯坦的移民，经常听到的都是来自印度的。我有时纳闷：难道印、巴合并了？

I met and am working with several Pakistanis. Hardly meet any Indian professional except one or two parachuted from India to steal jobs away from Canada (Yeah, yeah, I know how politically incorrect to use the "steal" word. But seriously, these people don't know a thing but they still take the jobs away).

Some Indians admit that these are part of their culture. But I suspect it's just some ranting from certain ABCDs (American Born Confused Desi) since I've met very decent Indians. My theory is that Indians (the ones with heavy influence of traditional Indian culture) have a core element in their culture, pretty much like the doppelganger in Chinese culture which is called "face". To defend their face thing, Indians can go so ugly (lying, cheating, you name it) that even face-loving Chinese can hardly be on par with.

Below is the strawman that Hindu Nationalists like to erect when they try to defend their Hindu Pride on the Internet whenever some one said something negative about India. I quote it for amusement purpose.

我也检讨一下吧，我大概也有这个问题.......
不过，我不同意说我种族歧视，我有不少其他种族的朋友：埃塞俄比亚的、缅甸的等。我们公司以前也跟印度公司有很好的合作关系，觉得他们还好啦。就是到了加拿大，其实就是到了Surrey以后，有一段时间跟印度人在一起（英语班全班一大半印度人），受了点刺激，应该叫种族恐惧而不是歧视。
我记得以前一个朋友说过，印度人分说印第语的和蓬加比的，说印第语的教育程度和个人素质都比较高。是不是这个原因呢？我在Surrey接触的都是说蓬加比的。

I'm not an expert on India's racial and language divide. But from my scant knowledge, the same ethnic group in India can speak different languages and believe in different religions. Punjabis are the major ethnic groups in Pakistan while Urdu, a language exactly the same as Hindi, is spoken as the official language in Pakistan. There are dozens, if not hundreds, of languages spoken in India. Hindi is just one of the official lingua francas in India. So judging Indians from their languages doesn't make sense to me.

Why need to stay in Canada for 10 years to form a negative impression about Chinese? The Indians immigrants in Canada are probably among the low cream of the India's society. I see so many Indians mopping floors, cleaning windows or doing similar low level jobs in Calgary. C'mon! I'm an IT professional but I am yet to meet a Indian developer in Calgary. The low level Indians are precisely those who are glad to drink Indian government's kool-aid of Hindu supermacism and anti-China complex. They don't need to come to Canada to resent Chinese. All they need to do is receiving education of Indian characteristics and read their warmongering and scaremongering media to develop a natural hate towards China and Chinese.

我每次见到印度妈妈都面带笑容，但她经常表情冷漠，到最后才露一丝笑意。我以为她就是那种不热情的人，也没在乎。他的两个儿子则恨不能每天都到我家来。

我本来也不想让他进门的，但心地坦然，想想让他搜了他自己也心安，而且原本关系很好，就让他进来了。我当时还说：“你让警察来搜吧！”他忙说：“No, no.”
