Blue，你先生在读期间的part-time工作，不管属于不属于NOC O,A,B，都不算CEC的部分工作经验，具体请看：
For the Post-Graduation Stream, the applicant must have obtained 12 months of fulltime equivalent Canadian skilled-work experience within the 24 months preceding the date of application. This experience must be acquired after they have completed the required program of study and obtained a Canadian educational credential. (Work performed under the Off-Campus Work Permit Program or on a co-op work term does not count).
所以你先生必须要在拿到正式工签后，全职做满一年才可以申请CEC。另外，什么时候做满一年，符合CEC的要求，什么时候就可以递交申请，很多人不可能刚好是1月开始工作，所以来年拿到的T4只能反映出前一年的部分total income，这都没有关系的，在准备材料的时候注意技巧即可，无须等待报税的季节才递交。
