我在温哥华，中国护照，想去墨西哥玩，请问需要签证么？在哪里签，大概需要多长时间？

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS FOR PERMANENT RESIDENTS OF CANADA
Permanent Residents of Canada, regardless of their nationality do not require a visa to travel to Mexico. 加拿大永久居民，无论国籍，去墨西哥不需要签证
They must travel with the following: 需要带以下证件：护照、枫叶卡、双程机票、钱（信用卡或旅行支票）
a) Valid Passport
b) Valid Permanent Resident Card
c) Round-trip airplane tickets
d) Proof of economic solvency (credit card, traveler’s cheques, etc.)
The migratory form (known as tourist card- FMM) is provided during the flights to Mexico or at the port of entry.旅游卡会在飞机上或是入境时提供。

不需要签证，今年春假刚去过。带上护照和PR卡，飞机上会免费发张白卡，填好入境墨西哥时会撕去半张，另半张一定要保存好。出境时要交还墨西哥海关。如果万一掉了，出关时是要出钱另买张，具体多少钱忘记了。

如果你持有的是中国护照，只要有美国签证，不需要墨西哥签证。

我曾经想去墨西哥考察金字塔，但是调查一下发现墨西哥很混乱危险，建议想去墨西哥的朋友们三思。
