Dental ? Children are eligible for $1400 of basic dental services every two years. This coverage includes services such as exams, x-rays, fi llings, cleanings and extractions. Your dentist can advise you of other services that may be covered. Emergency dental treatment is also available if the child’s biennial limit has been reached. Emergency treatment is only available for the immediate relief of pain.

检查视力及一年可配一付免费眼镜(不能配隐形眼镜)

Optical ? Children are eligible for prescription eyeglasses (lenses and basic frames) once in a twelve-month period. All prescriptions must be current and meet the program criteria. Further information is available from your optical supplier. Children’s eye examinations are covered by MSP.

The BC Healthy Kids Program does not cover orthodontic treatment and/or contact lenses

报税表Line 150 Total Income总收入，是工资、利息等等全年收入的总额。​

Line 236 Net Income净收入，可籍RRSP减免额降低净收入哦！​

但一旦提取RRSP，则以收入计，立即影响医疗保险费补助！​

单身年青健全人士申请医疗保险费补助，以Line 236 Net Income净收入为准！​

一般家庭在申请医疗保险费补助时，填报配偶、孩子、高龄、残疾等等，
又各别多出$3000减免额，得出Adjusted Net Income，
所以家庭、耆英与残疾人士，则以调整后的净收入为准！​

必须是：申请前连续十二个月以永久居民或公民身份居住于加拿大。

Assistance with the payment of premiums is available to Canadian citizens or holders of permanent resident status (landed immigrants) who have held that status and been resident in Canada for the past 12 consecutive months.
