加快处理联邦技术移民积压申请的建议已经用EMS发出
针对Pre-C50申请。
建议一：
符合列条件的就可以申请去加拿大找工作的签证，为期一年。
1、已经递交了加拿大联邦技术移民申请并且还没有结案的申请人以及成年家庭成员；
2、体检合格；
3、每人必须购买一年加拿大私人医疗保险，大约2000加元；
4、必须准备一年的生活费用，一个人大约12000加元，两个人大约20000加元。
找到工作并签了长期合同后可以以AEO（Arranged Employment Option）方式处理原来的移民申请。
如果一年内找不到工作必须离开加拿大，离开加拿大后可以重新申请工作签证，也可以继续等待移民。
建议二：
由各省或地区在申请者中间挑选合适的移民，经被挑选者同意并承诺在该省或地区居住指定的年限，这些人可以按照省提名快速处理。申请成功之后原来的联邦技术移民申请自动撤销，否则继续等待原来的联邦技术移民申请。
The First Suggestion
Pre-C50 FSW Immigration Applicants who meet the following criteria can apply for a one-year visa to Canada to seek jobs:
1. He or she is an applicant or a spouse of a Pre-C50 applicant;
2. He or she has a qualified medical record;
3. He or she must purchase one-year private Canadian health-care insurance (about 2,000 CAD);
4. He or she must have cash deposit for at least one-year living in Canada (12,000 CAD per person or 20,000 CAD per couple).
If he or she can find a job and sign a long-term contract within one year, his or her original immigration application is converted to AEO (Arranged Employment Option).
If he or she fails finding a job within one year, he or she must leave Canada. He or she can re-apply for the working visa and keep waiting in queue for his or her original immigration application to be processed.
The Second Suggestion
Provinces and territories can choose their province-nominee immigrants from Pre-C50 applicants. Applicants who are chosen must agree to and promise to live in the corresponding province or territory for a specific period of time, and their applications can be processed quickly as PNP applicants. If one gets approved of his or her PNP application, his or her original immigration application is withdrawn automatically; otherwise he or she remains in queue for his or her original immigration application to be processed.

至于康尼的处理的办法。我想全拒应该是不可能的。那他的办法是什么呢
。就应该是要尽快开始吧。要不怎么实现他2015之前全部清理积案的承诺。
