check list上清清楚楚写的是“copies"，不知道为什么这里还不断有人在纠缠说要原件。。。。

公证书原件就是copy。因为公证书就是把需要公证的文件copy以后由相关机构进行确认并核准公证内容是真实有效。所以公证书原件就是copy。不是我们理解上的复印件的概念，因为法律层面公证文件就是由相关认证机构认证的copy件。

就是嘛，我的移民顾问也是这样告诉我的~

强烈建议你多问几个移民顾问，咨询一下，都是免费的。 你的出生公证只能证明你跟父母的关系，用于担保。这次补缴的资料也包含父母的移民申请资料，所以他们的出生公证是必须的。 当然资料转到国内使馆时，还会让你补的。

就是啊~当初移民局不是退回所有的原件，他们留了复印件吗？反正我交了复印件。

根据2011年11月份的新政策，移民局会邮寄信件给7月份前递交材料的担保人补料信，现在有人收到了吗？

楼主，请问你收到任何确认信了吗？我是2011年7月递交的担保申请，到现在什么都没有收到，不是说有一封确认信吗？

除了相片和表格，其他复印件就可以了，不要浪费时间做公证或等原件。

可交可不交的，例如无犯罪记录公证等，就不要浪费时间等国内寄来了。

尽快递交，谁先递交的，就先处理谁。

递交后两周左右，会收到邮件确认。

递交后6周左右，会收到批准信，简单明了的案件将会由 Ottawa 快速处理中心处理，而不是北京或香港或水牛城。

结婚证 户口本 出生证明 身份证 无犯罪记录 是不是就这几项 资料 这几项是否全要公证并且是公证件原件吗

结婚证 户口本 出生证明 身份证 无犯罪记录 是不是就这几项 资料 这几项是否全要公证并且是公证件原件吗

提供文件的复印件及翻译件就可以了；

不需要原件，不需要公证，更不需要公证书的原件；

户口本、身份证和无犯罪记录可以不提供。

这样处理是为了节省时间，但不会影响案件的进度。请看清楚移民部的信件，上面写着先提交的，先处理。

这样说来，步子的确快了。2年内完成50％的案子说不定还会提前完成喔！2009.02－2011.11担保的应该2年后会有希望的。
