求证一个小孩入籍的问题！

昨天逛书店，翻书看到一段介绍入籍的文字，大意是说16岁以下的永久居民如父母中任一方为加拿大公民，则自动获得加拿大公民身份。这是否是说只要父母中一方获得公民身份后，那16岁以下子女无需再坐移民监，无需4年中住满3年即可申请获得公民身份？向各位求证是这样的吗？

我也在找这问题的答案，上面是在cic上的解释，算是比较权威的了。注意最后一句。 你合资格申请citizenship时连你的未满18岁的小孩一起申请就是了。你的小孩不需要在“艰难大”住满三年

看起来对孩子无居住限制（4年住满3年入籍），但好像要求孩子是永久居民(也就是5年中住满2年的意思). 在父母入籍之前，孩子不能失去永久居民身份！

还是有点不明，孩子一旦登陆后，永久居民身份就应该是5年内有效，未住满2年只会在5年有效期满后不能保留身份，难道会在第一个5年中的某个时候就失去身份吗？

其中提到Decisions 可以在加拿大海外，入境或者加拿大国内的时候made.

it is sufficient for a permanent resident to demonstrate at examination
if they have been a permanent resident for less than five years, that they will be able to meet the residency obligation in respect of the five-year period immediately after they became a permanent resident;

其中提到当CIC检查你的永久居民资格时：如果从你成为永久居民开始，还不够5年，你必须向CIC证明你将能符合5年住满2年的标准。

Failure to comply with residency obligations may result in the loss of permanent residence status.

When a permanent resident fails to meet residency obligations, immigration officers may issue a departure order that requires that person to leave Canada. Under the new Act, immigration officers abroad now have the authority to inform a person in writing that they have lost their status.

如不满足5年住满2年的标准,将有可能失去永久居民身份。如果CIC officer决定中止永久居民身份，将以书面形式通知。你有上诉权利。值得注意的是，officer有权力基于人道主义之类的考虑，个案处理!
