关于在卡城户外洗车违法的事情

小弟出于省钱并且略微洁癖的考虑，来卡城半年多一直自己手动洗车。。。提一桶水加点洗车的wax自己蹲小区里面洗车，三个多月倒一直相安无事，每次有人走过看到我还会笑笑打个招呼，我也就没多想什么。

谁知今天在外面洗车楼里先是一个印巴年轻女人经过时告诉我：你知道么，实际上，在卡尔加里，户外洗车是不合法的，要被罚款的。我当时刚打了一遍wax，一车的泡沫，很莫名的看着她，潜意识的说“thank you for telling me this”，可是心里有点奇怪，真的如此？一会我回家放狗搜搜。

结果第二遍用清水过的时候，一个中年印巴女人经过又告诉我：你知道么，在这里户外洗车是违法的，你可以开15分钟去northland library那边洗，很便宜。。。我又thank you 了一遍，但是我也说，你看我这一车泡沫，总得洗干净了吧，我下次可能不洗了，但是这次我肯定要洗完的。然后中年女人就走了。。。

总算洗完之后我就来咱们万能的家园问各位万能的家园园主了。。。当真如此？我放狗搜了一下估计是像我这样自己大冷天哼哧哼哧动手洗车的人不多吧，谈及这个的帖子寥寥，但是的确有人说不合法的。

那我最后再请教一个问题，那除了那种比较贵的touchless洗车房，还有什么地方洗车能便宜一点呢？5块以下就行，我这人有点小洁癖，一周怎么也要洗一次。。。虽然没两天就又脏了。。。谢谢大家了。

另外又看了一个帖子，是不是不用洗涤剂就没事了呢？卡城哪里有那种投币自己洗车的地方呢？谢谢

到处都有，我原来那车小，投$1,一分钟高压水就洗好了。现在这车大点，一次投$2,三分钟的高压水枪，就洗好了。很多地方有，叫coin car wash.

Washing a vehicle at home with soap ― even the biodegradable kind ― can result in a $3,000 fine.

If you're washing your car on the street you can only use clear water. Make sure you're not washing any oil material off your car into the storm and no soap allowed

All of our storm drain system enters into the Bow and Elbow Rivers without going through a treatment plant, so we need to make sure that the water draining into it is clean

The fine for a first offence is set at $3,000 under the city's drainage bylaws. However,most people caught washing their car with soap at home are newcomers to the city and get only a warning. About a dozen such charges are laid a year, usually for someone intentionally dumping material down the storm drain.

I recommend washing vehicles at a car wash because the run-off goes into the sewer system where it will be treated and most of those facilities recycle their water.

用清水洗就相当于你把车停在路边，正好下了一场大雨，雨冲洗了你的车，然后流进路边的下水道，木法罚款啊

我和另外6个同事一起办了一个Petro Canada的洗车卡，90天180刀，每天可以洗一次，也就是每个人一周可以洗一次车。车洗的非常干净。

谢谢朋友的信息，感觉非常好，但是找到志同道合每天又能见面的人可能有点难度。。。凑不起6个能凑3个也可以了。。。
