In order to facilitate processing we would encourage sponsor to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) in Canada as
soon as possible, if not already paid. Please visit our website for information on how to pay the RPRF:

Once the RPRF has been paid, please complete the copy of the RPRF receipt with the sponsor’s information and send it to Case
Processing Centre Mississauga (CPC-M) by e-mail at CPCM-
EXTCOM@cic.gc.ca.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: Applications cannot be finalized until the RPRF payment has been received in Canada.

Photocopy of the original divorce certificate(s) of all previous marriages for you and for your sponsor (if not already submitted)
Photocopy of the original divorce judgement(s) of all previous marriages for you and for your sponsor (if not already submitted)
Photocopy of the original divorce petition(s) of all previous marriages for you and your sponsor (if not already submitted)
Photocopy of the original birth certificate(s) of your dependant(s) (if not already submitted)
Photocopy of all pages of your sponsor’s current and previous passport(s) (MUST be legible and (if not already submitted)
Original police certificate for China for all applicants over the age of 18 (if not already submitted)
ALL correspondence between you and your sponsor, such as: letters with their original post-marked envelopes, printouts of e-mail
messages, chat records, faxes, etc. (whatever has not already been submitted)
ALL telephone bills indicating calls between you and your sponsor ((whatever has not already been submitted. Do NOT submit
phone cards, unless accompanied by an itemized statement from the phone-card company)
ALL photographs of you and your sponsor together, and, if applicable, of you, your dependents and your sponsor together
(whatever has not already been submitted)
ALL evidence of financial support between you and your sponsor (whatever has not already been submitted)
If you are/were a student in Canada at any time, copies of educational transcripts and diplomas for all studies done in Canada
If your intended destination is Quebec, a copy of the Certificat de Sélection du Québec (CSQ) for you and your dependents (if not
already submitted)
Other: Photocopy of all pages of your sponsor’s current and previous passport(s) (MUST be legible).
A Mandarin or Cantonese-speaking interpreter will be provided for your interview. Should you speak a language or dialect other than
Mandarin or Cantonese, it is your responsibility to hire an accredited, professional interpreter to accompany you to interview.
Please note that if you fail to attend this interview, your application will be assessed based on the information you have
provided. This may result in your application being refused.
