客观的说，现在ME的同学其实都不保险，C38一旦通过，都可能仍然被切，何况未s2的同学，目前LW的策略才是实在的，他赢了集体诉讼，挑战C38成功，才能解救及时参加的未s2同学！
所以lw发起的挑战C38集体诉讼对已s2、已ME、未s2的都是福音，大家是一个战壕里的，不要再为小集团利益互相攻击了！

不太明白这个道理，只有很少的人在提起诉讼，为什么已经S2的人掏了钱打官司，自己的利益成了小集团利益， 而没参加过诉讼的人却可以对别人的官司主张自己的‘群体’利益

真的不太明白状况，现在怎么变成是Tim和Lorne之间的问题了呢？

不是CIC 和 律师、91之间的问题么？

去叫beifeng1995问问Tim吧，如果她对这个事情完全不关心，她对自己也太不负责了。

我没有参加这两个律师，但我还是想搀和一下。
肯定的，在大家的努力之下，这里一部分的幸运儿有可能还能去加拿大。（比如香港为了堵众口，放几个香港申请者过去，或者打官司的人又稍有机会一点），但无论如何，都是这里所有人还有其他地方申请者一起努力的结果。不管这种努力最终谁会受益，我们都应该高兴。 我们的目标是CIC，不是和自己一起受难的同胞。我不想了解所谓律师之间的黑幕，我也不可能了解，选择了就相信他。其实不管律师采用什么样的方式，只要是对91有好处的，都行。

我一直认为技术移民的朋友的综合素质是很高的，加拿大不要我们是他们的损失。我们一定要弄清楚，我们的损失不是这里的人带给我们的，是加拿大CIC带给我们的。我们不找敌人算账，在这里彼此开火，到底有什么意义？而且真地让人看笑话。

前两天我又收到一份类似劝退的信，我是这样回他们的：
I am sorry to say that I will never ever choose to withdraw my application even I know I may never have a chance to have my application further processed. CIC can break its promise and break my dream, but I can’t kill my dream with my own hands. I won’t give up my dream. People should at least try once for their dreams in their whole life. And the dream that is worth my all-heart devotion is going to Canada and being part of the country. Of course, when things come to this situation, it is more than about realizing my dream, it is also about asking for fairness and justice.

I know, you, the patient one who is reading my email, may just be a clerk who can’t make a decision and maybe you also have strong sympathy on these unlucky people but still think the BIA bill is good for Canada as well as the applicants.

If you think so, I am sorry to say that you don’t know the applicants under FSW. Most of the applicants are not born rich or politically connected. To some extent, I really want to say these people are decent, hardworking, law-abiding, and capable people in their own country. I came from China, and I would like to take china for example. There are almost 1.5 billion people in China, but only 20,000 people applied for permanent residence in Canada under FSW during almost two years. Why? Because these people are the ones who always keep up with the time and know the latest information that is happening around the world, because they are the ones who are well educated and skillful enough to meet the development of Canada, because they are the ones who strongly admire the free and democratic social environment, because they are the real cleverer. (Although Canada now thinks these people are useless but at that time, these people, including me, did apply for the immigration under CIC’s policies.)

去不去得成，我们的生活都要继续。
而且说实话，我仍然相信奇迹。
但奇迹不可能在我们的相互争吵和拆台中出现。
不要去想，到底谁做多谁做少，大家都要奋斗。能力强的多做，只要自己也愿意。大国责任大。
也不要去想，到底谁会受益。不做肯定完蛋，做了也许大家都有益，也许只是有一部分人得益。那不正是我们现在斗争的目的吗？我不伟大，我很希望自己能去成加拿大，但我也同样希望所有人都能去。
