[FONT=宋体]前一段刚刚给[/FONT]S2[FONT=宋体]同学发不需要补料的信，现在又这样解释，就在那和这之间的时间[/FONT]GAP[FONT=宋体]，怎么算？给延吗？延什么时候？不给延，成为告[/FONT]CIC[FONT=宋体]的证据[/FONT]

ANYWAY[FONT=宋体]，这是一个好消息，会有更多同学被赦[/FONT]
[FONT=宋体]然后进入一个[/FONT]CIC[FONT=宋体]给自己挖的陷井：如何处理后面的同学[/FONT]

[FONT=宋体]看[/FONT]CIC[FONT=宋体]的笑话不是目的，但有笑话看，还是在阴霾的日子非常开心的，而且笑话不白看，最终我们会：赢[/FONT]

我也刚刚收到同样的回复,2007年三月的.太可恶了
奇奇怪怪，我是很早以前发电邮问他们我的状况，然后他们答复我现在不会再处理。现在他们突然又发一次，说明他们会继续审理直到BIA bill is enacted and comes into force。 不过他们相信再有S2的机会很低，叫我退罗。

北风姐姐说的对,CIC焦头烂额，横竖不对。实际上是请愿和起诉起作用了，但是明显感觉尿了，没有康妮那种老子天下第一的气势了。
从这封信中,这么几个信息:
[1]审理在继续；
[1]还打算干到底的话,好好准备材料;
[2]不干的话,撤;

我在３月３１日的时候发过一封信，名义上写给康妮的投诉信，当然信是寄到ＣＩＣ香港办事处．我不知道和这个有没有关系．

No, not so much confused and cognizant that they were acting illegally when they stopped processing before the legislation was passed.  Lorne Waldman takes credit for the change, asserting that it came as a result of his lawsuit.  It could be equally as true that your demonstration forced them to react as they did because the press starting asking about what they were doing, and one of their lawyers advised them at least to go through the motions of continuing to process files.  

No guarantee, however,  that those who take their medical exams will get their visa before the law goes into force, and their files closed because the assessment post-dates March 29th.  Yesterday,  for example, I received a request yesterday to join from someone who wrote:

COMMENT : Date of submission 11august 2005
Medical examinations done twice
Police certificates 4times
Background checks complete, still under process!

这次体完检的确实不保险，如果在C38通过之前没拿到VISA，能被CIC合法作废。

C38明确规定了3月29这个日期，必须在3月29之前得到selection decision才不被一刀切。

3月29之后的体检表，明显是在此日期之后得到的selection decision，只要C38通过，完全能合法退案
