1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.
每一人身上都有癌胞，除非癌胞增至十量癌胞是法在一般查被查出的。所以每病患治到一段後生告病患其已癌胞，生所指的是其癌胞量已小到器法出的量。

2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime.
在每人的生命期，癌胞都出6至10次。

3. When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.
人免疫系，癌胞是被摧的，同免疫系是能抑制瘤形成及增。

4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors.
人被有癌症，它意病患是有大量缺乏；可能是由於基因、境、食物及生活方式等因素造成的。

5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system.
如何克服缺乏，那就是要改食及多用增免疫系之食物

6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastro-intestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.
化不能毒快速增之癌胞，亦一消骨髓及胃道之健康胞，同造成器官衰竭；如肝、、心及肺等等。

7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.
放射治在摧癌胞，亦灼健康胞、及器官 。

8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction.
初期化及放射治是很容易瘤面小到某一程度，然再延上述法不能造成瘤完全消除。

9 When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.
化及放射治存有大量毒素而危及或摧免疫系，因而致病患易於感染及病症 。

10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other sites.
化及放射治造成病患癌胞突及生抗而得以摧，而手易使癌胞散至其它部位 。

11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.
一有效的癌胞之方式是不供癌胞繁殖所需之食物，即是死癌胞 。



CANCER CELLS FEED ON:
癌胞以何食物：

a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal,Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in color. Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt.
糖是癌的食物，若不食糖即除癌胞很重要的一食物供。代糖如Nutra sweet, Equal spoonful等均是由Aspartame 合而成的，是有害的。好之天然代糖是 Manuka糖或Molasses糖蜜，但能取用少。食使色白而掺有化添加物，妥之是海。

b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with un- sweetened soya milk cancer cells are being starved.
牛奶使人生黏液，尤其是在胃道，而黏液正是癌症之食物。因而阻牛奶及用不甜之豆作替代，癌症就在食物情下萎的。

c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.
癌胞是在酸性境中繁衍的，以肉基本食的是酸性的，因而食用及少量肉是食用牛、妥的。且肉品均含有家畜抗生素、生蒙及寄生等，而些均是人的有害物，尤其是癌症病患。

d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains,seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment.. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts)and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).
以80%新蔬菜及青菜汁之食；含全、子、果及少量的水果是有益於性的，剩20%可食煮熟的豆。新蔬菜汁可提供活性酵素，活性酵素易在15分被胞吸收而滋增健康胞，取得活性酵素健康胞多用新果菜汁（多蔬菜含豆芽），同每天食生? 嗖耍ㄎ粗筮^之）至三次，按活性酵素在40度C被摧。
e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine.Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer-fighting properties. Water-best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.
料必避免用咖啡、茶、巧克力因上述料含咖啡因，茶是佳之因其有抗癌特性。而平常用化水或水，然避免用有毒的或重金的水。



12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requir! es a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines become putrified and leads to more toxic buildup.
肉的蛋白是不易消化的，因肉的蛋白需要大量消化酵素消化，未消化的肉留在化，而引有毒物形成。

13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.
癌胞壁有很硬之蛋白包裹，因而制食用肉可多出之酵素去攻癌胞之蛋白，而手胞有空摧癌胞

14. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence,Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the body's own killer cells to destroy cancer cells. Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body's normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.
部份品是能增免疫系（如抗氧化、他命、物等等）去使自手胞去摧癌胞，其他品如他命E使胞萎，或使胞死亡，而非原一般置、用及不需要胞之模式。

15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit. A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor. Anger, unforgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy life.
癌症是一心、肉和心上之疾病，因而能有前及的心是可造就癌症士存者。怒、怨尤和苦痛及酸性，所以必恕，同放及惜生命

16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells
癌胞是法在充氧的境中繁衍，所以每日必，同多作深呼吸以利氧入胞，按氧法是另一癌胞之工具。

Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in its newsletters. This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as well.

Dioxin chemicals causes cancer, especially breast cancer.
Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies.
Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic.
戴辛之化物致癌症，尤其是乳癌。按戴辛胞具很高之毒性，因而千有水之塑罐放入冰箱，因它亦戴辛出。

Recently, Dr.. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital , was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers.
前不久Dr. Edward Fujimoto在目中到健康之，他就戴辛健康是多有害，因而千不要用塑容器放入微波加食物。

This especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body. Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else.
尤其是指含有脂肪之食物，脂肪高塑合，塑即放出戴辛入食物中，最就入之胞。因而他建使用玻璃器皿作加食物用，因它一可使食物，然少了戴辛。

Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.
是不的容器，然你法解到底含有什物，因而安全之容器是冶的玻璃器皿，如康器皿等等。他提醒何前不久速食店泡沫塑料容器改容器，其中戴辛就是之一

Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead.
同他亦指出塑袋；如Saran耐塑袋用於包食物，在微波加亦是非常危的，因食物用微波加，高毒素由塑袋溶解出入食物，所以用包裹食物作替代。

真要感谢于娟啊。俺经常晚上忙，不亦乐乎。正经事，灌水，看电影，八卦八辈子都跟俺没关的人和事，眼睛都睁不开了，还舍不得洗洗睡。

昨晚俺11点多就滚了。争取今天10：30就滚，一周后10点滚。

一起10点前滚。 答应家人早睡，面临查岗短信每每假装入睡不回---忙的事和你相似。。。 现在就滚。 Anyway 收藏，以后看， 太晚了。大家晚安。

出生入死的生日记事

天气不是很好，心情不是很糟，身体不是很妙，精神不是很差。就这样一个时而阴霾时而有些微阳的日子里，我爬上来写：祝我生日快乐。
一早起来就开始陆陆续续收到生日短信，不过意外的是，第一个生日祝福短信居然是招商银行送出来的，不禁索然好笑。状态不是很好，毕竟刚刚化疗，白细胞低，精神不是很抖擞，怀疑又有些胸水，所以喘息和没有吃激素的综合效果一起浑浊着，让我的呼吸更加烦乱。赖床不起，起来又赖，想想人生如果都在这样赖着，着实没有意义，于是坐起来等那一干同志朋友亲人干事的到来。
他们专程挑这个日子来，我的生日，把我的文字正式拿出来，和出版社签约。可谓费尽心思让我的生活花团锦簇倍感开心。我的心情也的确如同这帮人希望的如此。不过搞笑的是，光头作为了我的代理人全权处理，我甚至不知道我和哪家出版社签了什么具体内容的一个合同，我傻傻笑着，保存体力，听着大家讲话。心里无比自在，我从来没有如此放手过这般一件大事，但是事实却是我完全可以放下。因为我有他们，有值得信赖信任托付性命的朋友们。文字的出版对我来说，是一件好事，至少，会有更多的人看到我拿命写的东西，防微杜渐，不再像我这样，健康任意挥霍，幸福任意挥霍，到时候只能敲着键盘望着屏幕追悔莫及。至于这本书会成什么样子，我甚至从未做过构想，让大家去玩吧：我深信，投入时间精力出版这本书的革命同志们，都是在本着自己的内心在做一件他们自己认为有价值的事情，这，就足够了。
土豆从小花园采来小野花祝我生日快乐，然后就开始七手八脚拆蛋糕，围着蛋糕唱生日歌。不过这孩子的自控力让我着实佩服，蠢蠢欲动之后，还是蠢蠢欲动。没有太大的犯规。我妈妈说比我当年真是强太多了。雪松小婷光头吃饭回来土豆才开始口水横流地吹蜡烛吃蛋糕。幸福，无非是可以静静坐在旁边看着如此如斯。

没想到下午午睡起来就开始不对了。不会喘气，不会呼吸，不会平躺。疼也就算了，这个不会喘气不会呼吸不会平躺真是把我吓得孬种了：我是见过无数杀鸡的倒霉猴，我很清楚不能平躺的结果是什么，而且很快。
光头出门公办，我就像一尾被扔到岸上的鱼，在黑暗里斜倚在被子上，大口大口无声地喘气，喘气，喘气。若要生命继续，那么就要连续不断地喘气不要断气，可是，没有人知道连续不断喘气是多么的艰难。我开始用上唐老师教给我的气功，开始默念八卦象数，开始抱着金画家送给我的紫水晶球，开始一切科学的不科学的，神道的不神道努力。
我争取到了天亮。我相信，所有人面对面看着我的时候，没人知道我这一夜有多难，除了一直坐在我身后帮我捋背抚胸的妈妈。
光头冲进来了“亲爱的，我打救护车，114!”我睁大眼睛看着他：这是一个37岁的交大副教授想出来的救护车号码。我若不是喘不过气，肯定会让2.5岁的土豆给他上一课。
“到底多少！到底多少！119？911？”光头急死了，一边叫一边去抓电话，他真的不知道，他不是搞怪，他的脑子已经成了小葱紫菜豆腐浆。

我无比悲催的在出院不到36个小时之后又光荣入院了。住在掺不忍睹的横七竖八的急诊安置间。接了氧气，用了药物，暂时稳定之后的36个小时之后，我要求出院了：我气喘心跳不能动，推床去洗手间，我无限悲催的骨转移不能像其他半身不遂或者瘫痪病者那样随便被光头移动，万一移动不好，真的要瘫痪一生我宁可选择现在的屎尿一时。而急诊安置间，连一寸布都没有让我遮挡。我不能平躺，被子都在我身后垫成山坡型，于是在我爸爸回家拿东西没有回来之前，一旦我有需求，光头我妈赶紧脱了身上衣服帮我遮着搭成临时帐篷。这还不算尴尬，最尴尬的是，光头撤下便盆去倒尿，我正在上气不接下气趁着力气死乞白赖拉裤子，会有不认识的阿姨病友家属叔叔喜滋滋过来问“你是不是于娟啊，我昨天电视里看到过你啦！”

我命大，命大到36小时后又可以重新可以勉强平躺了。家里定了氧气瓶，我请示了王书记的意思准备回家。回家的感觉是多美好啊，可以不用在一帮男男女女老老少少面前解决隐私问题。而一波未平一波又起。我呼吸的氧气瓶，夜里2点的时候，没氧气了：而全天下的人都默认我在吸氧睡觉，事实上，我也在吸氧睡觉。一个需要吸氧的沉睡之人，突然氧气瓶子没气了，两个鼻子孔被吸氧管子塞得死死的，知道接下来会发生什么事情吗？
接下来发生的事情：俺一个翻身，撤掉了那倒霉玩意儿，接着睡。
睡了一会，发现不对了，天啊，天啊，天啊，我没有氧气啦！！！！！！！！！
我没叫，我只是静静趴在床上，以自认为最不耗费氧气的姿势，一直等到第二瓶氧气的到来。

吸氧blog其实并不好玩，歇会。

太心酸了!

小儿子说要保护妈妈
　　前天晚上9时，于娟就失去了意识，那时，家人和朋友都在病床前陪着她。昨天凌晨，家人把于娟两岁多的儿子土豆带到医院，被从睡梦中叫醒的土豆十分乖巧，不哭不闹，跟着到了医院，见了妈妈，喊着要“保护妈妈，帮妈妈”，此时的于娟，已经无法和儿子讲话，到了凌晨3时，于娟离开时，土豆在门外怎么也不肯进去，只讲了三个字“好可怕”。

　　没有人告诉土豆妈妈已经永远离开了，但两岁多的孩子似乎和妈妈心灵相通，在于娟去世之前的几天以及去世后，土豆就有意无意地唱着那首歌“世上只有妈妈好，没妈的孩子象根草”。
