Summary of Role

As part of the Bboss design solution Marketing Team, the Senior Product Marketing Manager - Website Solutions is responsible for fully managing the launch of website solutions, from ideation and conception through launch and life cycle management. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the overall marketing/product strategy, research and development, for existing, new and emerging website products.

The Senior Product Manager is ultimately accountable for the success (revenue, penetration, retention) of his/her assigned product line, throughout its entire lifecycle; from ideation, through definition, testing, introduction, growth and decline. He or she participates in the overall marketing/product strategy and leads the development of his/her product development roadmap.

He or she is the voice of the customer within the organization and will always strive for maximum product value, competitiveness and simplicity while ensuring alignment with overall product portfolio, business strategy and financial targets.

The Senior Product Manager continuously monitors customer needs, market trends and competitive environment to identify new product opportunities. He or she translates product opportunities into clear and actionable business requirements and works with a cross-functional team to ensure successful product introduction.

As a results-oriented Senior Product Manager, you will be the national subject matter expert on market trends and competitive knowledge for your products and you will work closely with the Sales organization to coach and train sales representatives on website solutions, the industry and the competition. Key Areas of Responsibility

-----Responsible for developing and implementing new products/services roadmap along with comprehensive marketing strategies. Develop product definitions and provide documentation expertise and training to other departments involved in product development.
-----Work closely with other cross-functional team members like sales, customer care, IT and operations to meet business objectives.
-----Develop the pricing, go-to-market and marketing strategies for website solutions.
-----Lead product life cycle management for existing products and services; identify and recommend product improvements to fit customer needs. Determine product development priorities.
-----Work with business units in developing product roadmaps to ensure business objectives and financial targets are met.
-----Prepares the BRDs (Business Requirements Documents) and participate to defining processes with all cross functional units.
-----Assume project management responsibilities: determine key deliverables, introduction schedules and process that need to be put in place.
-----Monitoring of product performance along with market trends, user feedback, customer satisfaction, competitive information and market research for a given product line to determine the right feature set for buyers and sellers and fit with market needs.Also monitoring of sales feedback, profitability of the product (P&L) and SLAs from operations.
-----Mid-/long term planning: analyze market conditions to identify new business opportunities and strategies in the mid / long term.
Education and Experience

-----5 to 7 years of product management experience in a publication and/or web-based environment.
-----Bachelor or Master's Degree in business or marketing.
-----Knowledge on web projects steps (releases, testing, QA,)
-----Proven track record of successful products launch and management.
-----Basic understanding of marketing research concept as well as financial tools to initiate business cases.
-----Excellent written and oral communication skills (French and English).

事情过去两个星期了吧。本来不想再提的，可是不发泄一下真不爽。

两周前和朋友去woodside square那边买点东西，路过传说中算有点名气的连锁店“臣兴海味”。想起来一朋友最近气色不大好，就想进去买包红枣给她补补血气。看到个男的sales，上了一定年纪，说粤语的。本人是说国语的。

就问他哪个红枣好一点，他给我show了个切片的烂红枣……好吧，我当时没什么感觉，也不当回事，就继续往他店里面走。看到个还算好的，因为是自己装包称斤的，不是已经包装的，我就试了一颗，当然是问过他，我才试的。后来买了一包，买完后又买了别的枣。

东西买了不多，也就八九块……

结果，高潮来了……

他叫我去一个女的那边算钱，我就去了。在那女的算完钱的时候，我问了她一句：请问你们这有雪蛤吗？可以看看么？（不好意思各位，由于本人吃之前吃的雪蛤都是国内带的，所以不知道这里雪蛤的价位，我知道肯定不便宜，因为自己国内吃过也是知道的。问问没罪吧？如果问价位能接受，还是可以买的）

那女的一听，就对这那男的说：XX，拿雪蛤出来给她看一下。（她说的是粤语，我这句还是听得懂的）

结果那男的TM来了一句：雪蛤？你有没有搞错啊。xxx(价位)，很贵的，搞笑啊。说了价位，忘了是多少来着的了。似乎是接近两百一盒还是啥来着，不好意思，由于时间过去有点长，再加上本人不太懂粤语。

这TM不是重点，重点是那句看不起人的话！当时真的是火死了！就算我买红枣的时候很吊丝，但是我TM不就问问多少钱吗！你这样说别人干吗！拽什么啊！！我吊丝惹到你咯？！

反正以后再也不会去那家“臣兴海味”，我也会叫身边的朋友不要去了。
