因为新疆案件发生很正常，将会是社会常态。新疆是种族隔离制。而政府应对突发事件是镇压，就像五、六十年前的手法一样。
In Xinjiang, the local people live in one area while the Hans live in another. Years ago, when PRC soldiers came in and settled in their own camp sites, deprived the property rights of the locals, frozen the locals into poverty. After 50 years, no mixed public schools, or say, students are not mixed in schools. People can not communicate easily between different ethnic groups. Moreover, they are hatred to each other. The Hans humiliate the local people. in the other hand, Weis are not friendly also, things are worse in Big cities like Wulumuqi.
Can you imagine, whoever want to go out side of Xinjiang, a permit proof is required. Weis cannot find jobs outside Xinjiang. They can only become food venders or thieves in the east cities like Shanghai. Companies won't hesitate to refuse a job applicant if he or she is Wei. They are not treated equally.
When I traveled in Wulumuqi, I feel the ethical gaps everywhere. Hans live in the north area of the city while local people live in the south part. Neither of them want to talk with each other. Youngsters are growing up as racist and rioters, both Weis and Hans.
However, the politics and the way governments treated the riots has nothing to do with releasing the conflicts. The only thing they have done and will do is deeply segregation! The results will be as same as anywhere segregation implied .
