今天面试结束，直接拿到了invitation to apply MPNP.
大概说说过程吧，面试的移民官叫Markus，是个黑人大叔。
上来不苟言笑也不自我介绍，就开问。
你是某某？ 是的。
护照和雅思带了？ 嗯，在这里。
啥时候到加拿大的？在哪里入境的？XXXX
谈谈你这周考察的情况吧。 bla bla bla
大概聊了40分钟，黑人大叔说你稍等。
过了1分钟，拿了张彩页进来然后在上面写了一行字签了名，我以为给我看看曼省啥介绍。结果说谢谢你来面试，这个给你。我一愣，再仔细一看就是invitation纸。看明白了我赶紧道谢。这时大叔才露出笑容。
然后我问，您贵姓如何称呼？他才把自己叫啥告诉我。然后给了我一张名片，各自道别。

大概新政策，现在strategic initiative类好像都要考察加面试的

每年年初开放，名额很少。

Strategic Initiatives Stream
The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) undertakes special initiatives to help the province meet the objectives of the Canadian Manitoba Immigration Agreement (CMIA). Initiatives are undertaken at the discretion of the MPNP in accordance with program needs and available resources.
You are eligible to apply to the MPNP through a Strategic Initiative if you:
have received a letter of invitation to apply as part of an MPNP targeted promotional initiative, OR
have made an Exploratory Visit to Manitoba that has been pre-approved by the MPNP
In addition you must meet the following minimum criteria:
have completed high school
have enough work experience to demonstrate employability in Manitoba or as specified under the terms of a specific initiative
have sufficient knowledge of English and/or French
demonstrate intention and ability to establish successfully in Manitoba

这个叫strategic recruitment initiative，不需要工作不需要有雇主。
但是移民办公室会评估你在曼省成功找到工作的可能性。
