le niveau intermédiaire avancé deviendra le seuil minimal à compter duquel des points vous seront attribués pour la connaissance du français 争议的就这句吧，中高级才能法语计分而已，其实在AF好好学到B1就够这个级别了。只是语言加分起点高了，不是le niveau intermédiaire avancé才能申请，不要断章取义

Connaissances linguistiques
Si vous présentez une demande dans le cadre du Programme des travailleurs qualifiés, vous devez savoir que :

la pondération à la grille de sélection pour la connaissance du français a été modifiée. Le niveau de connaissance exigé pour obtenir des points au facteur Connaissances linguistiques sera haussé;
le niveau intermédiaire avancé deviendra le seuil minimal à compter duquel des points vous seront attribués pour la connaissance du français;
deux points pourront être attribués au requérant principal pour la connaissance du français écrit.

Si vous présentez une demande dans le cadre du Programme de l’expérience québécoise :

le niveau de connaissance du français oral requis sera haussé :
Si vous choisissez de démontrer votre niveau de connaissance du français au moyen d’un test standardisé, le niveau exigé sera dorénavant intermédiaire avancé.
Si vous choisissez de démontrer votre niveau de connaissance du français au moyen de votre scolarité, vous devrez avoir complété au minimum trois années d’études secondaires ou postsecondaires en français.
Il est à noter que dorénavant, pour les étudiants, la demande de certificat de sélection du Québec devra être présentée dans les 36 mois suivants la fin du programme d’études.

If you are applying under the Federal Skilled Worker Program, you should know that:

weighting in the selection grid for knowledge of French has been modified. The level of knowledge required for points to factor linguistic knowledge will be increased;
the intermediate level will be the minimum threshold from which points will be awarded for knowledge of French;
Two points will be awarded to the principal applicant for the knowledge of written French.

If you are applying under the program of the Quebec experience:

the level of knowledge of oral French required will be raised:
If you choose to demonstrate your knowledge of French through a standardized test, the required level will now be advanced intermediate.
If you choose to demonstrate your knowledge of French through your education, you must have completed at least three years of post-secondary education in French.
It should be noted that now, for students, the application for a selection certificate Quebec must be made within 36 months following the end of the curriculum.

New immigration rules and procedures effective August 1, 2013

Effective August 1, 2013, several changes will be made to the immigration rules and procedures.
New rules have been adopted regarding procedures for the intake and processing of certain applications for a selection certificate submitted by permanent workers, investors, businesspeople and self-employed workers. These new rules will be in effect from August 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014.
The points in the selection grid granted to candidates for language knowledge have also changed.
Lastly, a new list of areas of training will enter into effect as of August 1, 2013.

b级要求很低的。愚民教育的一种。让大部分人专业上被荒废，无法与本地人竞争，消除隐患。移民最后只能卖红薯。

支持提高语言门槛.不设门槛让我们进来,实际上是害了我们.
现在政府开着空调,供着咖啡,偶尔还有甜点,还租用校车拉我们去风景点现场教学,我们不好好学,还有什么理由抱怨.

B2是中级法语对吧，记得我们9年前递交移民申请的时候，很多人就是这个水平了，这么多年过去了，这也算大幅提高？
