Given the new minister appointment, I have again sent a letter to the HK consulate:

"First, congratulations on the appointment of the new minister Chris Alexander. We sincerely hope that you and your office can escalate this issue to the minister on behalf of this group of ME’d HK FSW applicants (including both applicants who have taken medical examinations per your office’s request and those who have received instruction to take medical examination prior to June 29, 2012) who are now, based on your interpretation of Operational Bulletin 442, affected by Bill C-38."

Bellissimo律师只是叫ME被切的人联系一下他。可能他也要专门为ME打官司，也可能是想收集ME被切的证据来为28万被一刀切的服务。至于赢不赢，今年内如有结果就不错了。

ME被切的，尚未参加任何起诉的，建议都去联系一下这位Bellissimo律师。

为ME打官司的律师是越来越多了，案子的种类也很多，有个人独有的，也有小集体的。

对ME的官司始终感到乐观，自从李克伦参加进来。那时的感觉就是“连保守党的内部人士都看不下去了”。

但不可否认，还有比较长的时间需要等待，至少三五个月吧。TIM的新案子也一样。加拿大法院在全盘考虑所有这些大大小小与一刀切有关的案子，而不是孤立地解决其中的某一个。

没什么好遗憾的，他收到的那几个ME被切的案子，只是用作test case，如果test成功了，再推广到所有没参加起诉的ME组的人，这个性质和李克伦去年底发起的诉讼完全一样。

看来Bellissimo是在抢李克伦的生意，李克伦加油吧！如果先赢了，广大ME被切的就是他的，而不是Bellissimo的。

Bellissimo是最近才开始begun the process with the Court, 比李克伦慢了大半年了，我看是不可能追上去的。
