紧急!请教大家,这个在家远程工作不会是骗局吧?

这个公司是真是存在的,老板也是亿万富翁了。
According to Rodan and Field’s 2015 Income Disclosure, the average earnings of a Level III Executive Consultant was a whopping $14,623/per year. On the higher end (which is probably a small minority), you can expect to make just over $90,000. But ONLY 6.3% of paid consultants reach Level III Executive Consultant status (with an even smaller percentage taking home the high side income).

Another important takeaway from this disclosure statement, is the average income of a Level V EC is $64,394, and only 2.3% of paid consultants reach this level.

These numbers are consistent with Dr. Jon M. Taylor’s research that 95% quit within 10 years, because 95% never make it over the "hump" and reach residual income status.

If you're only making 64K per year, and 90% of your recruits keep dropping out, it would be exhausting to constantly rebuild your downline.

I’m not suggesting $64K per year is insignificant. But these numbers are before expenses, and certainly won’t afford you the lifestyle that’s so heavily promoted by MLM’s. And yet, that's the dream you will have to sell so people keep signing up, and the commissions keep flowing upward.

我的猜测是这个公司为了省钱,不请真正的全职员工坐班,省了办公室租凭费水电费保险费纳税等等一大堆费用。真正需要的只是科研生产人员和销售,其他的费用能省再省。
 
就是骗子。楼主试错后,别忘了上来报告呃。
我看明天她们会怎样说怎样做,我也是存疑,别人说她们公司的review不好。我绝对不会买任何东西的,不会那么容易上当的 。或者看我不找她们就自动消失了

Rodan & Fields, LLC is pleased to offer you employment on the following terms:
1. Position. Your initial title will be a Graphic Designer. And you will initially report to Paige
Gruemmer. This is a Part Time Position to run for 3 months before you are up-graded to
Full-Time. While you render services to the Company, you can still be engaged in any other
employment, consulting or other business activity (with part-time) that wouldn't create any
conflict of interest with the Company. By signing this letter agreement, you confirm to the
Company that you have no contractual commitments or other legal obligations that would
prohibit you from performing your duties for the Company.
2. Cash Compensation. The Company will pay you a starting salary at the rate of $30.00
Salary per hour and $10 per hour during training, payable in accordance with the
Company's standard payroll schedule. You will be receiving your salary either via check or
direct deposit.
3. Employee Benefits. As a regular employee of the Company, you will be eligible to
participate in a number of Company-sponsored benefits. In addition, you will be entitled to
paid vacation in accordance with the Company's vacation policy, as in effect from time to
time.
4. Stock Options. Subject to the approval of the Company's Board of Directors or its
Compensation Committee, you will be granted an option to purchase 2 shares of the
Company's common stock (Option). The Board of Directors or the Compensation
Committee will determine the exercise price per share of the Option when the Option is
granted. The Option will be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to options
granted under the Company's Stock Plan (the "Plan"), as described in the Plan and the
applicable Stock Option Agreement. You will vest in 25% of the Option shares after 12
months of continuous service, and the balance will vest in equal monthly installments over
the next 36 months of continuous service, as described in the applicable Stock Option
Agreement.
5. Employment Relationship. Employment with the Company is for no specific period of
time. Your employment with the Company will be "at will," meaning that either you or the
Company may terminate your employment at any time and for any reason, with or without
cause. Any contrary representations that may have been made to you are superseded by
this letter agreement. This is the full and complete agreement between you and the
Company on this term. Although your job duties, title, compensation and benefits, as well
as the Company's personnel policies and procedures, may change from time to time, the "at
will" nature of your employment may only be changed in an express written agreement
signed by you and a duly authorized officer of the Company (other than you).
6. Interpretation, Amendment and Enforcement. This letter agreement is the complete
agreement between you and the Company, contain all of the terms of your employment
with the Company and supersede any prior agreements, representations or understandings
(whether written, oral or implied) between you and the Company. This letter agreement
may not be amended or modified, except by an express written agreement signed by both
you and a duly authorized officer of the Company. The terms of this letter agreement and
the resolution of any disputes as to the meaning, effect, performance or validity of this
letter agreement or arising out of, related to, or in any way connected with, this letter
agreement, your employment with the Company or any other relationship between you
and the Company (the "Disputes") will be governed by USA law, excluding laws relating to
conflicts or choice of law. You and the Company submit to the exclusive personal
jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in any USA in connection with any
Dispute or any claim related to any Dispute.
We hope that you will accept our offer to join the Company. You may indicate your
agreement with these terms and accept this offer by signing and dating the agreement
letter and returning them to me this offer, if not accepted, will expire at the close of
business on 10/01/2019. As required by law, your employment with the Company is
contingent upon your providing legal proof of any of your identity ID Card and authorization
to work in the United States e.g. driver licenses. Your employment is also contingent upon
your starting work with the Company on or before 10/07/2019.

这公司HR英文水平够烂的,没见过雇人的原因开头用Due to的。而且hire as one of our staff,没有具体职位。正规公司的信是不会这样写的。

后来又来套用你的个人信息包括驾照,小心用你的名义买一堆电脑和家具,然后让你还钱。

这公司HR英文水平够烂的,没见过雇人的原因开头用Due to的。而且hire as one of our staff,没有具体职位。正规公司的信是不会这样写的。

后来又来套用你的个人信息包括驾照,小心用你的名义买一堆电脑和家具,然后让你还钱。
不会签的,不签字的话她们不会主动把东西寄过来把,估计是有人冒充她们公司,邮件地址都不一样

巧了,8月份我也碰到这样的公司,第一眼就怀疑是骗局。今天看到这个帖子,再去搜那个骗我的公司名Garantox Solutions Inc.,发现了1个月前也有人在问:

听别人说是有的公司招远程办公室的,但一般是先电话面试或者视频面试,然后再去公司现场面试,确定了会派人来做培训。这样的比较正式。
