公司是怎么知道的呢?一般没人投诉的话公司才懒得管呢,是不是被人告黑状了?

是有另外的同事看见了,但是也是在公司外面的。也不是对他不文明,就是和一个同事。但是公司给的理由是我在公司里面对全部不文明人,那不是事实。

This means that an offence committed outside the workplace could be misconduct, when the infraction results in no longer meeting the condition for employment and leading to the dismissal. For example, a bank teller convicted of shop lifting and for this reason is fired. Even though the infraction did not happen during work, we consider that he lost his employment due to his own misconduct, as he no longer meets the integrity condition, an essential condition of the employment.

那起码是有两个同事在场,关键看人家跟公司怎么投诉的,白纸黑字怎么写的。话说回来,怎么会跟同事关系搞那么差

倒是没有用disconduct,用insolence了。
不过经理是表明因为我在公司外面这个动作才干掉我的。
我要怎么做才对自己比较有利和不会影响下一工作呢?

估计经理也早就把你开掉的意思,像这种情况,公司会先问你原因,其次会给你个警告先,如果你再犯,就可能开除了;而不可能不调查就立马就开除你的。哥们儿,这帮孙子黑着呢,你被这帮人给玩了。保重!

来的新人是白人吗,白人之间很快就会打得火热的,然后把你这个异族踢出去。我也经历过,白人同事向我们两个华人无端发火,其中一个华人悄悄溜掉了,他留下继续工作了。而我把白人同事给骂了的,竖他中指,被开除了。无所谓啦,那处不留爷,自有留爷处。如果不开除我,我还没有今天更好的工作呢。
