For Business Immigration applicants, information related to the proposed business have now been integrated within the Nominee Applicant form. The Nominee Applicant form is an electronically fillable form. Additional questions appear on the form depending on your answers. For example, in Question 1 once you click on one of the three choices under the Business Immigration Stream, then questions 22-43 will appear, which relate to the proposal and applicant’s background. Supplementary questions may also appear as you answer the questions electronically. Detailed responses to those questions are required. The submission of a separate business plan is no longer necessary. We continue to encourage all applicants, however, to develop business plans for their own purposes.
