魁省Class 5 驾照，5年有效期的，明年9月到期。一般情况下是SAAQ提前3个月发信通知renew，但是那时我人不在加拿大。renew必须本人去现场拍照。我不想驾照过期再renew，那样很麻烦，要交罚款，过期3年驾照作废。当时考下它也费了不少金钱和力气。请问可以现在就提前renew吗？大家有经验的来说说吧，谢谢

遗失补办不就得了。怕就怕到了明年9月，还要 RENEW,这个得问清楚了。

魁省驾照可以在生日前3个月之内 RENEW.
提前3个月以上，分2种情况，这里有详细解答：
1. If your picture will still be valid (look at expiry date on licence) :
The applicant must submit a written request and must include the following elements:
his name;
date of birth;
license number;
a valid address in Québec;
a foreign address;
a phone number where he can be reached abroad;
the applicant's signature.
Payment must be included:

We must have received your payment (by mail) before we can send you a driver’s licence without a picture and signature. The payment alone is not sufficient since your picture is no longer valid. A new permit must be issued therefore it will not be possible for you to ask a respondent to go to a point of service of the SAAQ to renew your licence. You or your respondent will have to send us a cheque (on which will be written the file number of your driver's licence) and a note indicating that the request for a plastic-coated licence without the picture is being made from outside Québec).
A charge of 6,40$ is required to issue the card.

原则上必须到期日前3个月内才能持renew通知renew，不过今天上午去想办法全都搞定了

请问，怎么搞定的？
现阶段由于疫情SAAQ已经不受理提前更新，要求等到驾照到期后才能去SAAQ办理更新业务，到期后没有及时办理驾照的这段时间万一被警察查到是不会罚款的。
请问一般SAAQ什么时候发驾照更新通知书。是过期3个月前就会收到还是3个月内的某个时间？
今年更新，一个月前就自动寄来新的驾照，自己啥都不用做。
请问您的驾照是在何时到期？我的1月中旬到期，我现在不在魁省 不知道是否SAAQ已经寄出到我的旧地址了。网上也查不到
