父母移民担保2010年收入不够，但11，12，13够，可以申请吗？有谁一样情况？

我不是。。这次CRA指定了要2010， 2011和2012的NOA。。

我觉得前几天名额不会满。有的父母结婚证还要公正。 如果你只是签字，快递过来应该比他们要快。祝你好运！

我们也是这样的情况，我想14年1月份递应该要算13年的罢！

所以他现在这个政策，变相就是需要申请前四年的收入达标了，三年NOA来不及拿，又限定名额。
递上去的问题是，他马上退给你就算了，要是弄个一年半载，审核到你的时候再退给你，岂不是误事，这个还是硬指标，也不是什么表格填错之类可以修改的。

为什么要15年申请呢？14年不可以申请吗？不是说从申请日起的前三年吗？

上面写明２０１０－２０１２

你当然可以拿到2013的NOA再去申请，可是恐怕5000个名额已经满了。。这次CRA只看NOA/OPTION C。。你要是申请的时候没有，不出意外会被退回来
