不知道这女的说的对不对，反正我给录音了！！！！！
以下为我问的，和那女同志给的答案：

1.Use of a Representative(Imm5476),do I need?
自己人不需要，只有那些提供service的人才需要。

2.copy of my parents passport?first and last page or every single page even a blank page??
有内容的页面要copy，无内容的不需要copy

3.original marriage certificate of my parents? or a notarization of the original document only without original marriage certificate?
结婚证原件不提交，提交的是公证原件。


4.about Imm5768,
question 8,minimum necessary income,does it refer to the
year 2012?or the total of 2010+2011+2012?
是三年加在一起另外还加上他们的30%。不是填写2012的。
也就是说如果家庭是6个人的，($69,950+$68,689+$68,509)+($69,950+$68,689+$68,509)*30%
彻底惊呆！！！我本来以为公布的表内数字已经加过30%的了！！！

Imm5768：question 9, year 2012?
也是指3年的，不是单指2012.



question 15（Imm5768）,last colum family size?
是6，我本来我觉得我老公加上孩子也就是4，结果她说要加上父母。

Imm5768：question 19,(e),amount paid to you under the employment insurance act,other than special benefits, My husband received EI parental leave benefits in 2012,
so I wonder parental leave is belong specail benfits or not? if yes, I should put zero in 19(e),right?

她说parental leave不算specail benefits里面的，我彻底惊呆了。
根据servicecanada网站，parental leave是算在specail benefits里面。

5.which address does a fexdex mail-mam go,saturday and sunday accept?
周六日不工作。fexdex go carrier address.

很多接线员也就是co-op student. 懂得还没这坛子上的人多。

对，她说表内数字再加上30%，才对。

问题是，就算她这个问题答错了，那我其他问题的可信度有多少，我都不敢相信了！你们再帮我打电话问问行吗？尤其是那个question8，到底是3年加在一起，还是1年？？

说实话真无所谓，你填2012和三年总和都行，我就不相信这个空填反了还能给你退回来，本来就是他们的表格设计有问题。

太坑爹了，实在不行就超级签证，反正老妈也不想长待。不过表格5768的question 8, 怎么看都无法得出要三年相加的结论。 the sponsor (and co-signer, if applicable) must meet the Minimum Necessary Income, which is based on the Low Income Cut-offs plus 30%.
为啥还要再加３０％？

头一回听说income是按三年总和计算的。
还有employment insurance act写得很清楚section 22.

你电话怎么打进去的？我按完好多数字选项后，就听到关于父母移民的介绍，没有接线员的选项。

mat leave算income，除非他们从新更新收入问题。不过2014年前是算的。

你电话怎么打进去的？我按完好多数字选项后，就听到关于父母移民的介绍，没有接线员的选项。

1-888-242-2100
上面那个电话 option 1 -> 1 -> 1 -> 1 -> 0，就有人接了。
人工要等10分钟，会告诉前面大概排了多长时间。

这年头，在CIC当个接线员也不容易，要是他们什么都清清楚楚的话，去做个移民顾问好不好？纯属个人意见。而且听说密室已经被印巴人占领，搞不好这个接线员就是他们派来吧咱们搞迷糊的。我承认我已经快被这个团聚移民搞疯了。

这年头，在CIC当个接线员也不容易，要是他们什么都清清楚楚的话，去做个移民顾问好不好？纯属个人意见。而且听说密室已经被印巴人占领，搞不好这个接线员就是他们派来吧咱们搞迷糊的。我承认我已经快被这个团聚移民搞疯了。

我确实疯了，中午就这点时间，等孩子睡了才能打电话，结果还彻底把我给弄得更迷糊了！！！

个人认为，移民部的表格设计有问题。没有写清楚是填写哪一年的。目前看，大部分询问的结果是填写2012年的
