不是必填项，那为啥会由于这个没填而退件？
我也去打开这个1344看了下，确认了第二页8，9，10问题都是不会高亮的非必填项。

还有一个可能的解释就是，CIC的PDF文件，有bug，没有正确高亮必填项--这个是可以和他们argue的吧？继续关注。

是吧，所以虽然我得中介也有问题，但是这个那就说明确实可也不填的，可是他们就退件了，说是填写不完整，补上。。。　认吧，可能递太早也没好处，2号早晨送到了，他们刚开始审就细里挑错，再碰上一个特认真得主，哎。。。　希望这次能过。　随时更新给大家。

Applications returned will not hold a place in the 5,000-application cap. If an application which was returned is re-submitted to CPC-M, it will be reviewed for completeness based on the date received when re-submitted.

The fields with "*" will be validated.
Validation will be "yes" even you leave fields w/t "*".
"yes/no" questions are very critical even they are w/t "*".

Thank you for your explanation. Right now I am just worrying I completed this field by hand without generating the new barcode and information. Hopefully it will be okay this time.

My understanding is, the barcode is just to help CIC auto-fill-in and they still look at the form with naked eyes. After all, PDF doesn't take all inputs.

It seems my declined application is accepted today. There is $1100 on hold in my credit card and i called my credit card center, they said, there is just $1100 pre-authorized on hold ,however right now they can't see who is charged this money.

13号早上CIC签收，27号扣款。
我改过表格的几个地方，没有重新打印条形码。父母身证到期日空着没填。还以为会被退件呢。祝大家好运！
