我是11年5月底，没有收到补材料信。刚才查了政府网站，说现在处理到11年4月30好之前的。但是第一页有小伙伴也是5月的，已经收到了，不知道还有没有5月也收到的小伙伴呢？

内容是
In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:
Ø Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature
Ø 1. Please have applicant submit a detailed personal history background 1970-present, including the following;
Ø a. Job titles (Manager, Director, Technician)
Ø b. Names of businesses/government department
Ø c. Specific duties related to position(s)
Ø d .Dates
Ø e. Locations
Ø f. Names of supervisor(s This must be received at this office by: 2014/10/10

I got it in an Email on Sep 22nd morning. I mailed the additional requested files back to CPCO on Sep 23rd (today)using Canada post express.
