As of July 2014, the Canadian Taxpayers Federation conservatively estimates that $200 million has been saved during the labour stoppage. 我怎么觉得这个签名反而是在给政府施压啊。本来政府的钱可以补贴有孩子的家庭day care费用，这样能给教师工会压力，让他们觉得孩子们不怕罢工，有day care呢，如果再都嚷嚷着退税，没钱补贴了，政府怎么摆平有孩子家庭的day care费啊。况且学校税本来就是用于孩子的教育的，不管是不是给了学校，只要用在孩子身上，都是合理的，没孩子的跟着嚷嚷按人头退税就没道理了，老师罢工没孩子的又没有损失，起什么哄啊。

大点孩子的家庭有福了，十来岁以上的自己可以单独行动了，不需要去daycare.
当然再大些的孩子学业紧张又没钱拿

10,11,12年级免费，可以在原来学校正常上学，再学网校课程，但同一门课不能在两个学校同时上，不需原来学校同意，BC居民都可。

低年级也有，但要求不同。

他们是铁饭碗一直到老死（退休金都多得很），所以是吃光用光，没想到自己砸自己的饭碗，又没有过过简朴的日子。看我们移民，谁在失业的时候就没有饭吃了，还不是照样供着孩子，都是平时一点点存下的。一点师德都没有，拿着这么高的薪水，还好意思说 food bank。

讨厌老师这种罢工行为,如果大家都有样学样,警察也罢工,军队也罢工,公交司机也罢工,社会不是乱套了吗?

警察们今年刚涨过薪，就已经在酝酿下次涨薪呢。政府不敢不给警察、军队涨薪，老师是软柿子，已经两年没涨了！
政府才不管孩子的呢，宁愿发钱个孩子们也不愿给老师们涨薪，这是较上劲了。
官员们才不怕，他们的孩子们在私校。

老师罢工涨薪是一方面，另一方面是要求保持小班授课和增加助教，其目的是为了保持或提高教学质量。
如果真的为了孩子，就支持老师们吧！
离开了家长的帮助，老师们很难很快回到学校~
