如果大人不在加，小孩能领牛奶金吗？

情况是全家已经呆满了第一个3年，小孩准备放homestay大人回国，请问小孩牛奶金是否影响，谢谢！

你这种情况很罕见，因为制度推定小孩一般是跟父母或监护人一起生活，牛奶金即使有也只会给负责小孩生活的人，这个人还必须是加国公民或永居，并且居住在加拿大。所以你首先必须向CRA提前报告孩子的监护情况，必须合法并且这个homestay项目没有获得政府任何补助，华人都能理解，但我认为你谨慎为好，不要影响你其他方面。

牛奶金多少只与报税多少有关，与工作地无关。例如有的人长期出差在中国，在中国领工资，而小孩在加国，我以前公司就有这样的员工。

牛奶金是给小孩的，但是必须由监护人来领，谁和孩子一起住，谁承担监护人的责任和义务谁就有资格领。通常来说，妈妈是第一监护人，如果妈妈不合资格，爸爸也可以领，和孩子一起住的养父母或者寄养家庭也有资格领取。前提是要合情合理，自己可以上网上去看，下载表格。

如果是指CCTB, 感觉不可以的，你回国就不是加拿大居民了，而且你回来后，也不满足在过去的18个月住在加拿大，最好打个电话给CRA确认一下。
