After a review of our residential programs, it was determined an increase in our Homeowners and Condominium programs is required in order to sustain the profitability of these product lines. As a result, all Homeowner products will see an increase of 3% to the base premium and all Condominium products will see an increase of 20% to the base premium.
Cancellations for Non-Payment
Due to continuing poor loss experience for risks that have had cancellations for non-payments, our underwriting rule for Risks Not Written has been changed from “Cancellation for non-payment within the last 12 months” TO “Cancellation for non-payment within the last 36 months”.

第二点关于保险公司取消欠保费客户保单的一些政策上的改变,这也主要是由于风险造成的,使得保险公司不得不进行此类补漏措施。
对于主观不付保费或客观无钱付保费的客户,从风险上来看,对保险公司都是很大的。第一,这不但要增加保险公司收帐的成本,第二,增加保险公司的风险。最严重的是此类客户在管理自己的物业上是非常不上心的,这就增加风险出现的概率。
现在很多公司在审批保险申请时,只要发现曾因为non-payment 而被取消保单的客户都非常谨慎,要提供所有保险公司所关心的必要的文件证明其是个有能力支付保费的人并且是个能够妥善管理物业的人。
保险公司有的是三年内有一次是接受的,有的必须过三年才接受,即超过三年。所以,这些都是大家在保险的管理上要注意到的问题。
