I gave CIC a call on Wed at around 4pm, waited for around 15 mins and someone took the phone. Actaully I also can't check my case status online either, however I wanted to change the address , so I gave my file number FXXXXXXXXX to them and they can see my file already link to my unique ID and seems they can see my case in their website. I think if you can't find your status online and you can just try to call them to give the file number, if they can see in their systems, i think ,that is fine. Only need to wait for a little bit time to let them put in the systems.
