他们给了理由，我后来网上搜了下也有如此一说，“连着麻包放入坑里，可以避免泥土松动扰根，也保证了泥土始终紧紧地抱围根系。所以利大于弊。” 鉴于是包活么，自然照他说的办。

One of the reason I chose this company was for the their guarantee of work. I followed David's instructions for the care of the trees and over half of them have died. At the time of the purchase, he guaranteed his work. Now I see that he has removed that guarantee, which makes me wonder how many other customers have lost their investment. My attempts to contact him have gone unanswered. Please be careful with this company!

Hello. I hired your company to do a job for me a few weeks ago, and in the process of planting 11 cedar trees one got damaged. You promised hassle free, professional service and yet, I have send numerous texts, many voicemails and they are going unanswered. How will you deal with your clients when you have a job to correct? Why won't you answer me and fix your error? I am so disappointed at how you are handling this situation. Please contact me and make it right.
