唉，无知啊，我会尽快搞清楚这个事情，否则会一直纠结
实话说就这点木头也花了我300多刀呢，但是安全更重要，不知道没办法，知道了如果真有问题坚决换掉。

现在的防腐木用的是含铜的化合物处理的，所以担心重金属的话最好不要用。

普通木板缺点就是容易烂。如果预算充足的话，本周轮胎店的raised bed kit打八折，40刀一套，拼出来的是4英尺X4英尺X6英寸。我用的就是这个，不过这个东西里含1%甲醛的，买回来不能放在室内。

我也看了一点资料，据说03年以前这种防腐处理成分中含砷，03年以后的含铜，虽然没有那么可怕，但还是不如换掉的好。好在是今年刚刚换的材料。
以后得多长长心，凡事动手之前先普及一下相关知识。

楼主的菜长的真好。 为什么我的菜籽不长呢？ 洒了一个多月了，还只有两片小叶子，而且开始变黄，好像要死了。楼主是用什么土，要加什么肥料吗？

我之前看COSTCO网上有，俺们家那位很喜欢自己动手然后再自我欣赏所以后来决定买木头自己做然后就有点麻烦啦

我的也是.有些好有些不好.现在我找到原因了
好的那些 是因为移除室外并加了保温塑料层.
不好的那些 是因为室内恒温,植物还在睡觉

你的菜籽撒了一个多月，那应该是4月喽，估计天凉不利于出苗，即便零星出几棵苗也没有办法长好。往年我就是这个样子滴。
我的菜籽是3月份撒上的，那时候天气还凉，雨水还多，所以我盖上了一层很普通的塑料布，直到长出小苗，顶到塑料布，这时候天也暖了，揭掉塑料布，就是这样了。我今年也是第一次这么种，往年差不多这时候才撒籽呢。
土就是普通土，什么肥料都没有加。

我发现油菜很快就要长苔要开花，我现在就学着家园的园艺大师从底部剪着吃，看看能不能多吃几茬。

我看介绍 说是长到8-12片叶时摘心,会促进生殖生长延迟生理生长.也就是说,你现在摘心,可以晚长薹,那样可以多收获一茬叶子.

摘心方法是,保留基部4-6片叶子,上面的通通剪掉
