急问：有要父母无犯罪证明原件，不要公证件的吗？

无犯罪公证件早就交上去了，怎么又来一封email要police certificate呢？而且在email里说：

..., provide an original police clearance certificate from China. Please provide the original Police Certificate, previously only copies were provided.

Please note:

All documents must be accompanied by English or French translations. When original documents are requested, notarised documents are not acceptable.

第一次听说这样的事！是不是说公证件中不含原无刑记录不可以、不含翻译不可以？公证件中应由派出所出具的表单，不知道是不是现在的公证件不含这个内容了？

公证书里是包含无犯罪纪录的那张纸的，我觉得这里指的原件应该就是无犯罪记录公证书。我就是这样提供的

看着好矛盾啊，要中国出具的原件多半是中文的，就要附上英文翻译。但是又说要求交原件的情况下，公证件就不接受了，那咋回事？我们一般都是交的公证件啊 （原件复印加上英文翻译）。是不是你的公证书里边没有包含派出所出具的那份原件的复印啊？

又是一个问不清说不明的例子！以某直辖市为例，先前无刑公证是先到市刑侦物证中心作指纹认证后出具无刑文件，由于该文件只有中文，不能自己翻译，所以送回公证处就这张纸做真实有效的公证，里面附上该纸和译件。大部分父母团聚的都这么办的，CIC从未出现不认可的例子。现在提高效率简化手续减少收费改为公证处取表到所属派出所免费换无刑记录再返回公证处公证，最近递交的大都是这类。
不只楼主说原先交的含不含警局的原表？还是原表已过期？楼主把话说清楚大家也好讨论！

让我猜中了！正因为你的公证件中没有警局的原件才造成这封信的来由，转了一圈没说清。公证处是没有权利出无犯罪证明的！公证处只是对警局的无犯罪记录的证明原文做出“真实有效”的公证并负责翻译警局的原件。你所说的公证处是哪里的？！

我父母当时提供的无犯罪公证也是每有公安局那张原件的，去公证的时候公证局用了这个，然后原件也没退还给我父母，最后出具的公证上面也没有这个原件。但cic每月让我们再补这个原件了啊，我妈上周都登陆了。

I guess it depends on the officer for each case.

还有一个原因让我困惑的是，第一次来email要的是我父母双方的无犯罪原件，我就把公证件原件都寄去了，这次来信只要我母亲的，没有提我父亲的，如果公证件不行的话，那他不是应该再要两人的无犯罪原件吗？没有理由我父亲的可以接受公证件，而我母亲就一定要原件啊

From the email you received this time, we do need to provide the original from the police and then attach a translation.
But I agree that it is very confusing why only ask to provide the doc. for your mother.
I guess call center wont be helpful.
If email cpc.. maybe useful, but Ottawa office is very very close compare to Miss. It maybe faster to

Get a new one from 公安局
Do a certified copy here in Canada (same day service) maybe around 40-50 dollars.
Faster than do 公证件.

Some certified translators may accept scanned copy.. ( you need to ask).

This way is much faster.
