两次申请我妈（没申请爸）拒签，想看看下一步如何申请。希望情况类似的能够从中得到启发。谢谢了。
第一次：2013年7月，十年多次往返，网签
我妈，63， 无房，无退休金，无车，无存款（临时借的十万存定期作为资金证明），其父母已故。白本护照，
我爸，64， 无房，退休金2000每月，无车，存款不祥，母亲健在。
我妹，已婚，育一女。
这次申请以我个人名义，我们递交的NOA共38000左右（2012年），我的NOA5000左右，存款7000，餐馆打工。计划来加一个月。我们有一女5岁。
查caip显示拒签理由（从前到后）：travel history; family ties in Canada and in China; length of stay in Canada; purpose of visit; your personal assets and financial status; you have not provided sufficient documents to support your host's income and assets.
然后Notes 里面写：我2012的NOA 5000， 存款7000， 3个月前开始做餐馆服务员，没有信息显示之前的职业，not satisfied that son is well established in Canada. Application refused.
第二次：2014年8月，十年多次往返，网签
父母情况未变。材料基本上一样。写给签证官的信更加诚恳。
这次申请以我们两个人名义，NOA 共53000左右（2013年），我的NOA 15000左右，在读，存款5万，餐馆打工。计划来加3个月。
查caip显示拒签理由（从前到后）：I am not satisfied you have sufficient funds to carry out your stated purposed in going to Canada or maintain yourself while in Canada and to effect your departure; travel history; family ties in Canada and in China; your current employment situation; your personal assets and financial status;
然后Notes 里面写：申请人计划来加看望儿子及家人，申请人有一已婚女儿在中国。无旅行记录，strong family tie in Canada, funds proof is bank deposit certificate with no history, not satisfied that PA has sufficient family, employment, and financial ties to ensure return, not satisfied that PA is a BF visitor.
现在准备申请第三次：
2014年我们的NOA 54000左右。我的NOA(2014) 13000左右，我在读，餐馆part-time，太太休产假，儿子2015年5月出生。父母的情况未变。这一次申请有两个想法：第一是申请我妈的超级签证，第二是同时申请我爸和我妈十年多次普通签证。请教各位大虾，该如何选择。想父母能够来带孩子，但只有妈能来，我奶奶还在，我爸不能来。
心里挥之不去的阴影是我妈的经济情况。这是无法改变的。
