优惠过期了，but this plan is still best on the city, they are reseller of shaw cable. So no need to worry the quality . Actually you are using shaw cable not CIK.

好用而且便宜，这是关键，但CIK免费的moden and router in one box是中国的，虽然可以当modem用，但router的功能太山寨，要自己配个好的router',another alternative is lightspeed.ca, they are reseller of shaw cable too. So actually CIK and lightspeed are same. Difference is CIK has chinese tv box. But I donot recommend this, see my post on how criminals attack your network through those tv box and phone box. However, there is still alternative to use chinese tv box safely , how to do this , I may post another thread if someone has interesting on this topic.
