打算今年申请公婆移民，明天申请爹妈移民，只是四位亲老没一人儿想来
不可以，即使父母中有一方不来加拿大，两个人都要算上。

我家的情况是2014年下半年登陆，报了13年的税，13年应该不够收入要求的。14年年末找到正式工作，15年年初报了14年的税，14年的收入也不够要求。前几天报了15年的税，2015年家庭人数增加一个，申请我父母团聚移民的话，家庭按照6个人计算，收入是够了。想问下大家，13和14年收入不够，15年够了的情况下，我们可以17年申请团聚移民吗？我们在魁省！

据说魁省一年就可以了的---听说的。还是去CIC查下吧。
看了官网，又说就算是魁省也要满足联邦的要求，联邦是要3年的，但又有同学说，联邦根本不管魁省的，直接就发给魁省，不知道是不是这样，如果是的话，我就想今年就准备下！
我去canadavisa看了下，去年是这样的，table1 and table2 ，你们魁省的officer脑子真好用！
