我8号morning 扣款。
并不知道锦城有前多少号， 就是2号11点交到锦城mark ham .

从2012年就从锦城寄奶粉，从未丢失。（ 友情帮助，非代购， 不过每次还挺shy 觉得跟代购似的）。 今年查奶粉免税包装看到此项服务， 恰我在31 号错过UPS pick up， 就去了锦城。

To be honest, don't remember because every time, before I went there, I went to their website: www.hr-ex.com and saw the package regulation. Last time( Dec 24, 2015), I shipped out 7 , 680G ,milk power, and overall I paid $60.00.

I suggest you to check their website and give them a call.

I knew somewhere offers 4.5 dollars/lbs, but this company has not lost my shipment so far.
