申请renew枫叶卡3年了，还没收到，怎么办？

楼主肯定是之前没有住够时间，移民局这是故意卡着惩罚申请者呢！我认识一个人也是相同境遇，就是因为没有住够时间，续枫叶卡花了3年才拿到，当中老老实实呆在加拿大，连美国都没去过。
