Purchase Option at end of lease: 27317
给2000刀incentive，lease take over
是不是划算？
需要注意什么吗？

I have booked 2014 X3 and got the production slot in 1st week of April.

I am leasing the vehicle and dealer just sent me the lease payments, I have no idea about the lease calculation.

MSRP: $45,245
Sale Price: $42,575

Down Payment: $3000
Sales Tax: 0% as there is no sales tax in OR

This is what i received from the dealer:

BMW approved your lease. The terms are 36 months 3000 down 10k per year is 521 per mo. 12k per year is 534 per month.

57% or 58% .00150 adj cap cost 41382.

766减掉100刀每月的incentive 666,19个月的lease，不比520美金每月/36个月lease贵吧，520含税了吗？
而且X3我也不觉得比RX350高档
只是我是新手，不懂lease，转lease行情，所以想听听大家意见，至于值得lease车还是买房，各人有各人的考虑，没有啥对错

如果你是自雇做生意的， 租车可抵税， 如果不差首付钱或有 LOC， 直接买车合算，

买凌志车的价不如买宝马，奥迪和奔驰， 德系品牌和质量档次比凌志高， 日本车我只能嘿嘿了。楼上的上来就骂人不好。

长期保有不错啊，担心就买个extended warranty也不贵。不像BMW的X系列，官方延保贵，靠谱的third party延保压根就排除X系。
近10年来BMW的低端车越做越cheap，内饰连本田accord都不如，零件也偷工减料，只有M系列或者7系以上勉强能看。
