你可能没看清楚，蒙城的cbsa自助通关也是适用于永久居民的：
Can I use an Automated Border Clearance self-serve kiosk?
You are eligible to use ABC kiosks when entering Canada if:

• You are a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada, or a U.S. citizen and
• You have a valid Canadian passport or permanent resident card, or U.S. passport

Where are the self-serve kiosks located?

• Montreal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL);
• Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ); and
• Calgary International Airport (YYC).

我是17年6年申请，8月补料二审，18年6月拿到新卡。你可以试试在cic 页面去询问一下，他们有个inquiry 的表你可以在线提交的。 我当时是提交了表没有多久就收到卡了。不一定有用，但是可以试试

和税务局相比，移民局不算慢的了。另外，5年住满2年其实是很宽松的了。如果我是移民部长，就要求每年住满9个月保持永居；每年住满11个月，10年后可申请入籍，英语要求雅思6分，每年交税达到全国平均数。。。。。。

是不是上面几条只要满足其中一条就可以了，要是那样的话，我投你的票。。。

5年内连续住了2年三个月左右：
2月递料-普通邮件；
5月初收到确认电子邮件。
6中旬收到补料通知，7月初快递补料；
9月13收到新卡。
