如此烂的装修, 怎样追究装修工的责任?

Ontario Ministry of Customer protection的complain我一直没有填, 今早我刚知道即使被告不接收原告的投诉信, 到法庭申请motion的form可以让被告上庭, 还想等等吧, 老公一直劝我放弃, 我也想离开这件事, 不想给谁弄个罪名。Frank你把事情不断升级!

因为上班时间, 家里没有人, 这烂货安装的水管回家时看到在喷水, 半个房间都泡在水里。

所以我家装修我都不敢去上班。感觉装修这东西，没人给你保证，装完人家就走了。出事了人家也不会来。

所以只能自己先自学一堆装修知识，补一些建筑结构知识。还得多参考别人家怎么弄的。

反正我家装修原则就是别人家干过我家才干。别人家没干过我家绝对不干。挑师傅他最熟悉的做法干活。少提要求，凡事让师傅犹豫的需求全取消。自己没绝对把握绝的需求，对不提。什么活儿自己先得会做，至少知道该怎么做，然后再提要求。

感觉遇到这种事情，我先停水，然后去homedeport或者canadat ire买个泵把水抽干，然后赶紧找漏水点。然后就修吧。这种泄愤没用的。谁让你找他的。装修时候真的盯着，做完管子一定要做渗水测试。等封上了，看到墙板/地板湿了。你就惨了，有瓷砖拆瓷砖有墙拆把就。说说这些倒霉事情都头疼。

走水管别挨外墙。一个是冬天外墙冷，没准会导致水管冻上或者裂开。虽然有保温棉，但是万一哪。还有，万一漏水，有保温棉就泡了。没保温棉的墙。把墙湿的地方换了就完了，有保温棉的恐怕得扒整面墙了。

有很多的所谓水管工、装修工以前国内从来没接触过这些知识，更别说干过，来这里完全是为了生计没办法才做这个的。连螺纹正反扣都分辨不了的就敢搞修车，对电知之甚少就敢做电工，线都看不直的就敢搞装修，还动不动说自己干过都少年，来这里刚花几周的免费培训daycare临时证的就敢说以前在国内好多年相关工作经验，这个网页上房屋版块的号称地产专家的等等......

他们发现你的装修不符合规范，会要求你拆了重做。

至于是谁的责任，你自己上法庭打官司去，这帮大爷不管断案。

这个不一定，很多老移民（多数说广东话），做装修20多年，水平是不错的。

Chinese unlicensed contractor did garbage work, because he does not have any learning and training.
A Chinese unlicensed contractor did the renovation of basement for my friend, 2 months later, the wall leaned. My friend paid double money for the basement.
For the Chinese unlicensed contractor, most of them would not pick up the calls from previous clients, because unlicensed contractor only can do one deal for one client.

楼主这么急切的想打官司，我怎么好意思不成全你。但小额法庭限额就25000加元，格局太小，怕你施展不开。目前我这边已经有5份装修合同，总金额10万多加元，因对方看了楼主的不当言论而要求取消合同。随着时间的推移，可能还会有更多。我目前正在准备资料和说服对方上庭作证。楼主有点耐心，好戏才刚刚开始。做任何坏事，都是要付出代价。

Unlicensed contractor will bring a lot of potential troubles to the clients:
1. If Unlicensed contractor was injured during renovation, without insurance, you maybe partially responsible for his injury;
2.Unlicensed contractor never know the advanced renovation knowledge and does not have advanced tools, which lead to low-level renovations;
3. If unqualified renovations happened, for the licensed contractor, the insurance will pay the loss of the clients; but for the Unlicensed contractor, most of them could not afford the loss of the clients and would not pick up the phones any more;
4.Most of the homeowner's insurance policy does not cover the damage from the renovations;
5.This unlicensed contractor claimed" revenge is just beginning", and he did malicious complaining; when the licensed contractor did the unqualified work, his first reaction is how to deal with his company , not the client.
