邮件比较慢，但是材料很早就收到了。

我的换卡情况供大家参考
我2月21日提交的申请换卡信，3月24收到收到材料确认邮件，过两天就收到卡。目前网站的状态还是in process，里面的信息已经更新如下：


Permanent Resident Card
We received your application for a permanent resident card on February 23, 2017.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 24, 2017.We started processing your application on March 24, 2017.Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on March 31, 2017.
