我们生在70年代，没有医院或卫生部的出生证明，大家都是怎样处理的？
怎样新办一个出生证明？其实我们申请时明明交了一个几年前办的出生证明，可是跟医院卫生部啥的没有关系啊！据说新的出生证明包含更多内容，譬如有身份证号码。
请问，谁最近办了出生证明？怎样办的？里面的内容是什么？万分感谢！
